So they are as bad as they are here in Seattle.... Good to know.

I had a little lake effect when I visited in February. We caught the beginning of it when we drove out. It looked like fun, although the snow was a little dry.

It warmed up a bit, (low 70's) over the weekend. However, the temperature just dipped pretty low the last two nights. Plus, we had another rain storm travel through. Excellent. We need the water.

Right now, it's still cold, (low 60's to high 30's), but not as cold as yesterday, I do think it's going to warm up now that the rain storm is leaving our area. I expect warmer temperatures for the next few days.

Amazing. I see almost no clouds in the sky! I almost jumped out of my chair when I saw that.

And it looks like the new version of Google Earth has real time cloud cover for the whole globe and weather for the US. Too bad my computer isn't running it correctly now....

Christmas Eve, the boys just left with ma for grandma's house. I'm still in shorts and a t-shirt. It was 78 today. It'll be only 72 tomorrow, though.

:)

And a funny thing for mac users: Hold Option+Apple and click on the weather for various visual representations of the weather. My favorite shows the sun raining.

The sun is crying because it is most responsible for global warming.

It actually snowed here yesterday, which means that the world should be ending shortly.

It's in the low 40's with not a cloud in the sky, however the snow is melting quite quickly so it's steamy outside...there is a haze over everything, quite odd.

In history of Denver, it snows 36% of the time on Christmas day. Yesterday we had officially 7" of snow which was the most in recorded history for the city. It was hard for me to believe that a snow total on Christmas day was so low.

It's a nice 21 degrees right now and we have been issued a winter storm watch for tomorrow expecting up to 8" more.

It's 32 degrees (89F) now and it's 9:30pm, and the sad thing is it won't get much cooler over night.

However, even worse is New Years Eve, it'll be about 45 (115) in my area and wouldn't surprise me if it gets hotter.

It's rain/sleet/ice mix right now, plus it's pretty foggy. Kind of made driving around tonight a bit hard.

Oh god. It hasnt got any better. Right now, im dying of heat, even with an aircon right over me. Im quite sure today is one of the hottest days of the year :nervous:

-6C/21F and a bit windy. Pretty much typical winter weather.

Today I was dashing through 5 inches of fresh powder. The hill has already gotten 186 inches this year. That's pretty killer, especially for Ice Coast.

Hey at least you didn't have to work. Outside. They said on the radio it's 49C (120F) in the sun. I'm heading down to Brighton to go to the beach and hang with rich folk.

But there are literally no clouds in the whole sky, it's pretty cool. I took a picture at work.

Just think. Monday is going to be even hotter.

Where the hell do you work? Atleast you can hang with the rich dudes, im sure they'd have a good aircon. Im off to some random house in Hallam in a bit, no aircon there :(

My thermometer says 35 F (2 C) right now. It has struggled to get past 40 the last several days. When I came back from Christmas at the folks', it was 52 degrees...inside my apartment. Even better is the fact that we won't break room temperature outside for at least another 4 months. I love our cold, soggy, never-ending winters . Two trips to Texas next month and Hawaii in March should help with that :D.

Yesterday (new years eve) it was 43 C (110F) The hottest new years eve in 100 years, we camped at the beach for the night

This is what it is like outside for me at the moment (well 3 mins ago when I took the photo from my deck). About as far from snow as you can get :)

Want to trade areas of the world .

Currently 3F, wind chill of -21. Tomorrow high of zip with 14 mph winds. Once again, I can't wait.
