Reached 99 today. Tomorrow will be 104. Fire season is official here. We had three fires around our area in the past two days.

Winter is hitting the East Coast of Australia now, so by our standard it's pretty cold right now. Min temps are looking around 0 degrees celsius up to a max in the 20s. It will get colder, but not to the point of snow, not in QLD.

Heh, it snowed last night, heavy enough so that we were all possessed of a terribly-compelling urge to throw it at each other. Ever been in a 200-way snowball fight where at least half the people are so drunk they can't aim straight?

Should be mostly sunny, high of just short of 70F with 10-15mph winds. Much better than the 40mph we had all day yesterday.

It's cold, about 45 with gray skies and off and on rain. We has some serious wind last night though, some gusts upwards of 70mph and some bad storms near by with golfball sized hail. It's only supposed to get to 50 today and get to be just above freezing tonight...I could have swore it was the middle of May. Last year at this time it was almost 90.

Officially got all the way up to 85 yesterday. I also got the required first-day-of-summer sunburn. Should be a nicer 71 today.

Gotta say... Can't complain right now. It's been around 70F but, there's wind so it feels less than 70. Nice right now.

At night it's in the 50's so I can actually sleep.

It's still cold here, 40 outside current with clouds. Not even supposed to break into the 60's today. I could have sworn it was almost June but I guess we missed summer and went to October. It's very uncomfortable outside, especially trying to dig.

Wow, what a difference a day makes. No more 100 degree weather. In fact, the skies just 'opened up.'

Here I was sitting nice and quietly when thunder and lightning started going off. Soon later the winds started blowing like mad and the rain came pouring down.

Low 60's with thunder, lightning, pouring rain (flood warnings) and 60mph winds.

Our cold spell just lasted about 15 minutes. The temperature just dropped instantly from 74, to a very chilly 56 right now! The down pour really socked it to us!

Wow. Awesome show of Mother Nature.

We had a tornado here in SoCal yesterday that only knocked over a few railroad cars and a few big rigs off the highway. Very minor to something like what you guys got.

Hmm not according to the weather report as of now, although there is a tornado watch out but pretty much there is a tornado watch from June to August.

That's a bit much. So far, aside from the two miserable months of summer I'm getting at college, I'm beginning to quite like this global warming thing.
