Yeah we've been having a heat wave of sorts here too. There should be snow, but it's still in the 40's and even low 50's! (F)

Average low and high here is 21° and 38° - today was 43° and 59°.

Is that Fahrenheit? Where are you?

EDIT: Just saw... St. Paul. Hey, I stayed in St. Paul for about 5 months back in 1997!

Yes to Fahrenheit, no to St. Paul. I was only there on Monday. I'm back in Fargo now.

I'm not sure how St. Paul was that winter but '96-'97 here wasn't good at all.

Fargo? Cool.... they made a good movie there :p

Haven't been that far, tbh. When I stayed in St. Paul was from May to October and it was colder than I was used to. That is some nasty flooding, though.

Made it here... Riiiight.

Although they did have a 10th anniversary showing projected onto the outside of the Radisson Hotel on March 2006.

May through October? Cold? All in what your used to, I guess. April of '97 (possibly '98) I was jet skiing and the ice wasn't off of the lake yet.

Heh... well, I had been living in Venezuela for quite some time and had spent a bit of time in Miami as well, so anything below 50°F was freezing for me.

Weather has been quite random, one day it might pour down and be very overcast leadng up to the pouring, and then the other day, scorching.

I was talking Celcius. It's about 100F here at the moment. What it is there is about our average winter nights and i've never seen snow in my life before.

Yeah the cool change has now been further delayed til monday. So sunday forecast is 40C and the longest heatwave in november as mentioned above.

60 and sunny out right now, it's actually very enjoyable. I just wish the sun didn't slip behind the horizon at 5:30 so I could be outside in the light. This is a fairly weird mid-November for Michigan. Typically we would have had at least a couple of snows already, even if they didn't stick. We had some flurries back in October but that's been it.

Oh and the Xmas music still doesn't match the weather so it's annoying. I hate Xmas music straight up, even more so when it's nice outside. I mean "Walking in a Winter Wonderland" doesn't have the same affect when it's 60 and sunny.

Roughly about 8 degrees C outside and slight drizzle of rain, typical weather to experience here on this mid-November day.

Almost time for Chrimbo better start getting the shopping done :D

We had a nice rain storm blow through SoCal today. Started pouring around 4:30 this morning and ended around noon. It was much needed.

Cold, cloudy and rainy.

Cool change came in today, so it only got up to 30C, but back up to 41 on Wednesday and Thursday, then another cool change i think.

43C (110F) tomorrow apparently. With possible 'Catastrophic' fire danger warnings. If that's the case then our school bus will be cancelled. Big over reaction.

Yay, it is so bloody hot it is making me high. It was apparently 40c here in Queensland. Now that mightn't seem much Thiele but add the stupid Queensland Humidity and you have hell. The humidity prevents fires for the most part but it makes you sweat so much, I am covering the keyboard in sweat just typing this. Btw, I have my fan on aswell. It must suck to live in North Queensland right now.

It's actually more humid here at the moment than usual, but we get perfect fire weather though. :scared:

Yeah, thats the danger with less humidity. I used to live in South Australia and it is more of a dry heat than a humid heat.

42C outside right now, 50km/hr winds, not good. There's a fire on now only about 30km from where i live, it seems to be under control though.

Reading the news this morning, apparently in Bourke it was 52C at one point

Thats just beyond crazy, or their thermometer is broken.
