Just started pouring outside when it was completely clear outside just 5 minutes ago. In that time, the temperature drop drastically from 88 degrees Fahrenheit to, at the time of posting this, 76 degrees.

Well, if you lived in South Texas, like I do, 91°F in late May would almost be like a cold front came through the area. It was well over 100°F all of last week, and it looks as if this week will be more of the same. At least it appears as if it will cool off on Friday.:)

110? Jesus! I can't stand it when it's 85-86 over here as I start to overheat very very quickly, I think in anything over 100 I'd get seriously dizzy and sick

I hate Winter so much! The highest it is going to get this week is only 17C/63F ! At night the temp ranges from 5C to 9C (low to high 40's F).

The Sun is only hitting a 30 degree angle now at midday! On the shortest day (June 21) The angle will be around 29 degrees.. Can't wait till September when the sun reaches a 57degree angle!

So your current winter low is my current summer high (close enough, anyway)...

Seems like today went from a sunny 70+ degree morning to a tropical storm. Currently have rain, hail, lightning, and thunder. I'm sure a lot of people on facebook are going to start updating their status about this storm... Of course, I'm posting this on a forum instead.

We've been having a lot of rain this week. The only sunlight we get is in the morning before dark fluffy things ravage the sky. I don't mind the circumstances though - it hasn't rained in my location for some time.

Wow, after non stop rain for days and days the sun came out a little yesterday and today it's glorious!
Porthleven looked fun this week though:

Baseball game on Saturday - 96°.

Soccer game tonight - 54° (feels like 46°).

The Fire Swamp Fargo certainly does keep you on your toes.

It's hot out here in KL and for the first time this year, we have a really bad haze. The IPU clocked in at 109 which is not good and is a risk to our health.

It's thundering like crazy here in Ches Vegas.

This will be the first time my daughter has ever experienced thunder and I'm stuck at work!

Supposed to be stupidly hot here today, it's supposed to reach 100 degrees. It's only 7 AM and it's already pretty damn hot out.

Yesterday my van said 100 degrees... It didn't even start on the first try when I was trying to go to work. :scared: Today, just as hot. I miss winter... :grumpy:

Mid 90s for the last 2 weeks and 100% humidity. So miserable and no one wants to put any of the AC's in cause the electric bill gets too high.

Well, that's a bit disappointing.. Hoping that Debby doesn't develop into a stronger storm, even if it is hurricane season at the Southwest.

IPU?

Could you explain what it means?

Sorry for the late reply, was busy throughout the week. IPU actually means "Indeks Pencemaran Udara", accidentally wrote the Malay one while in English it should be API which means "Air Pollution Index". The haze was bad, but unsure of the condition now because I'm at Pahang.

Talking about Pahang, the weather is all nice here. Hot but cool. No rain so far and only rained once this week.

Seems like Debby did hit the Gulf coast, so I spent the last few days in quite heavy rain with little to no sunshine, and will probably be not much difference in the following days. Lots of forecast radars issued a tornado warning in my county that will last for a quite bit of time. Fortunately, the storm died down in my area just a bit.

There's a couple more tornado warnings neighboring my area, and many forecasters were tracking these areas throughout the day. So to sum up at the moment: There's a water spout in St. Pete and could move onshore, and another developing tornado that was close to where I live but soon dissipated. There could be more but forecasters are always updating stuff and I can't really keep up. But I do hope the people who are severely in-effect can combat the storm.

I'm leaving for Georgia in the morning so I checked the forecast to see what I should pack. Highs in the mid 90's and a "feels like" in the upper 90's.

Shorts it is.

Well you won't be missing much down there as it is back here, but even hotter, Mid 90's with a Heat Index of 100 to 105 so if I were you Id say there

The next 4-5 days are supposed to be over 100 degrees. So, I'll be staying indoors then.

The haze have been getting worse and fortunately for the past few days there have been afternoon showers which makes the usually hot days feel calm and cool.

Right after an afternoon rain, perfect for chilling at a cafe, ahhh...

So, good weather overall recently. :)
