Just got hit with some good hail here in Northern Indiana. Been along time I've seen hail as big as what we got. Maybe quarter size or slightly bigger. Still raining alittle so don't know if any damage yet.

Light drizzle at the moment. Good, because that means that it's cooling down and I'll be able to have a good night sleep. I hope!

We finally got some rain here! Thunder and lightning even. Now I only look forward to the temperatures dropping below 25 indoors. :indiff:

81 degrees right now, high 101.

Strange weather. "Hazy" (high up in the sky) but still a lot of sun. Pretty humid and warm.

One minute.

2:55PM, I remember seeing Sun from my basement just before ITCC Race started.

3:05 PM, I remember @buck1 bumping me, and hearing a crash of thunder at that exact moment.

10 minutes to go from a sunny day to a violent storm. Does this happen often?

74° at 12:40AM? Starting to rain, so MUGGY, STICKY and HUMID! Bleh! Can't enjoy my late evening cigar. That makes for one unhappy Solid Lifters. Grrrrr.

Fair skin burning sunny weather today, as previous days have been as well. Not too hot though.

Funny weather

It was tuesday when "officially" thermometers marked 39° (tied the temp record for the month of July) and it was also extremely dry, there was even a big fire at the other side of the city.

And now it is 23°, with really high humidity and there are moments when it is raining and thundering (it is right now)

Was a pretty good day here- around 80 degrees F. It was a good day to go to a friend's grad party- that's for sure.

I think this might go on record as one of the nicest summers we have had in a long time. I think out of the entire summer it only rained 1 or 2 days during the weekend. Every weekend has been sunny and beautiful. While I do love and enjoy the sun, we need some rain really bad.

has been very cold nights in south Australia -5 c or 23 f for my home region , many places setting new minimum records , yunta has even equalled the south Australia minimum record for august of -6 c set in 1976 it then lowered the mark the very next night -6.3 and the night after -6.6

Not showing any sign of rain for at least another week. The bad news is we need rain. Havent had any significant raind in over 2 weeks. The good news, I love the sun and warm weather. It also means I will get a lot more house, garage, and yard work finished this weekend. :D

Two hurricanes hitting Hawaii from today through the weekend. Hurricane Iselle will hit us on the Big Island today, and Hurricane Julio will hit some time Saturday. Iselle is a Category 1 and is expected to maintain strength when it hits, and Julio strengthened to a Category 2.
