No, he's talking about the brakes. They do actually cost that much. The F1 option is about $10k, with the carbon brakes coming in at $14k. Here a quick quote from C&D for you. They're talking about the F430, not the Modena, but the price is still the same........PSI think you're thinking of the $15,000 F1 package option on the modena, which adds cluthless F1 style shifting paddles as well.
