The Silvia destroyed the meta-game, if you will :p

I haven't played GT6 for about a year now, but I didn't think that the S13 would be popular due to it's relatively low power compared to the Supra or TOM'S Chaser.[/QUOTE
Do you play any GT games?

Another Silvia that has a decent amount of horsepower and is very underrated is the Nismo 270R. Only seen it online once.

I didn't think the 270R had much potential either. It is a tuned car, meaning that the power upgrades won't go too far.

Great. Now I have an even better reason to save up for it :p

That interior is sweet! Hopefully for GT7, the GT40 becomes premium and this is the interior included.

Isn't there a premium GT40? Well it is the street version though.

Yeah, it's the road car, which I own. Surprisingly, it makes a great drift car, and one time someone thought I hacked the car because I got the highest score.

Most MR cars make decent drift cars, even in their stock form. Mainly because they like to get sideways on every corner.

However, the Autobacs Garaiya, which is MR, wasn't a good drift car. I spent lots of time on it, but it just would not drift well.

I would suppose so, but it makes a good race car that can rival the fairlady.

I don't see many Cuda 340s.

I only see AARs online, and the reason is obvious: they're premium. But the Hemi has 150 more horsepower different paint colors, and a cheaper price tag in GT6.

The AAR is the 340. You're talking about the Hemi Cuda.

Most of the lobbies I've joined, I usually don't see an AAR, unless I'm using one.

That's actually pretty bloody fast, almost as fast as the ford gt in real life.
Well, Sports Softs are comparable to an average-to better semi-slick I'd say. If the GT was on road tires then it might be a fair comparision.

It's best lap was a 7:32,4xx btw. (edit: 462PP not the usual 450)

IIRC The AAR Cuda has really thick back tires, so I'd assume that it would be used in drag because you can't change tire sizes in GT6. What's the fully-tuned horsepower count for the car?

Do you know if the Hemi Cuda has the fat back tires? Because if it does, I might drag race it.

The AAR doesn't have very big rear tyres, and at full tune it makes about 700hp.

If you want a car with fat back tires, I'm not sure if the Chevelle SS 454 has them.

I built one for a 'Ring Muscle Car lobby I was in a few days ago...509pp, SS, 469hp Max, and I believe weight was 1442 minimum...some of that might be slightly off...

I used Engine Stg 2 with a bunch of bolt ons and a touch of power limiter, along with Weight Reduction Stg 2 and 100kg of ballast in the trunk :P.

With just a quick tune (and I'm no expert, especially with Muscle Cars), I was pleasently surprised! I was short shifting it at roughly 6000rpm, and she pulled real nicely. Grip levels were decent as well. Brakes leave a little to be desired, but not the worst in class.

This is my new favourite car for "medium pace" bombs around Nurb and Sierra. It's also fun at 450pp on either SH or CS.

Mine makes about 571HP at 1255 or so kg, it's a weapon of an old American Car, and one of my favorite machines done for GT6. I use it for cruising and outrunning police. Superchraged it makes about 690HP.

Whoopsie daisy, dobule post.

I prefer the '71 cuda over the AAR simply because I think it looks better. But looks don't tell much about a car..........

I have been wanting to talk about this for ages! I absolutely love the Hommell to bits. :D

It's only about half a second slower than the Lotus Elise '96 at Mid-Field, both on Comfort Softs.

Hommell
2.0L
163 hp / 6,500 rpm
145 ft-lb / 5,500 rpm
950 kg
395 pp

Lotus
1.8L
118 hp / 6,200 rpm
122 ft-lb / 3,000 rpm
755 kg
408 pp

So you see it's 195 kg heavier, but has 45 more hp and 23 more ft-lbs of torque.

The Audi S4 is a fun car to drive once you come up with a tune for it. Now I just have to wait for this transmission bug to get fixed........
