How many of you post in those hugely over grown threads, like these? I see them at the top of the list all the time and yet I have little to no interest in them. Do you?

I seem to just over-look those types, im too lazy to read and see what has all going on above....so I usually skip them

According to that screenie, you have posted in 2 of the 3 threads about which you are complaining.....

I occassionaly post in some of them with posts such as:

"Still with the posting in this thread." Then I come back a couple days later and do it again.

The Colour Blue was a magnificent thread for the first 100 or so posts. It went straight downhill from there.

In the music thread, I've made several hundred replies. All quality replies with great bands. Hopefully not all of the posts were in vain.

I looked in What are you listening to ocne to get songs. once, but besides that, I dont think I've looked in any of them.. :odd:

I feel the What are you listening to thread is a big one, but it helps me expand my music selection

The Colour Blue is a perfect thread for me to relieve a ton of stress built up in the day

I don't really post in the third, but occasionally I will try to guess a car or two. . .

Edit: What about that Hugely Annoying Drifting section while we are at it. . .

I used to post a lot of songs in the What Are You Listening To thread but then I stopped for some strange reason.

I have never posted in the Guess That Car thread at all.

I just recently started to post in THE COLOUR BLUE thread but I still haven't posted that much in there (a total of 4 posts I think).

The only one I post in with any regularity is the "What are you listening to?" thread, and even then I do it like once every other week. I think I posted once in the Color Blue thread to well at a Nitto kid for spamming, and I don't recall having posted in the Cars thread.

I've made a few guesses in the Car thread, I post frequently in the Music thread - I've learned about a lot of good bands there, and passed on a few tips as well - but I don't think I've ever posted in the Blue thread.

And I don't think there was any problem implied. It seemed like a face value question to me.

  1. Yes
  2. Yes
  3. No
The Colour Blue is slowly dying with all the new comers though. :grumpy: The 'What Are You Listening To?' thread is a good place to discover new bands, however, some people post too much in it. And I haven't posted at all in the third...

I post in every one of those threads. I make a couple of guesses in the "Guess the car thread".

As for the "What are you listening to?" and "The colour blue" I post in both of those at least once, daily.

I'm a regular in the color blue, and I post occasionally in the User Above You. User Above You lost it's quality after all the new people showed up. I post a lot in the Music thread too...most of it is pretty damn good stuff if you're into the type of music I'm listening to at that particular time

Ditto. 👍

That thread, IMO, is rubbish.

There's not really a topic in there, most of the posts are spam IMO. I'm not saying that TCB is not spam, I agree that TCB is also spam, but it's in the Test Forum. Your post count isn't going up, so I don't mind just chatting away.

Generally, when I post in a thread, it's not because it's big, it's because the subject interests me, or one post caught my attention.

Of course there's one giant omission, but I had no life back then...

Okay. I still don't see it.

You called them overgrown. That could be interpreted as valuing.

I post in two of them. The guess that car thread has the most substance of those. Yesterday it was heading for a cybermarriage, but it never happened. :)

For the non test forum posts, most people just post in massive threads to gain some posts. :|

I post in the music thread because I've been listening to a lot of music lately.

I don't listen to the radio that much, so I figure I'm missing out on a lot of music. I go there to see what I should consider listening to.
