There is a list somewhere of hidden track logos that were found on the Gran Turismo 5 website. Odds are that the new tracks will be from that list.

I think that all the tracks on that list are from the PSP version of GT and that is also covered on the GT5 website, if I'm not mistaken. So my guess is that list is from the PSP version of the game and not an hidden agenda as we are led to believe. I hope I'm wrong because that list of tracks would be awesome in GT5 along with new events incorporating those tracks.

Here's hoping :)
 
Personally, I think that those tracks would have been included with the game when it was released but due to the rushed release they weren't upscaled or whatever in time do now they may release them as DLC...

The list was found in a GT5 specific directory, and at least 3 of those tracks are not in GT PSP.

I can't say what it means. Maybe those tracks were being considered but didn't make the cut. Maybe they actually do give a clue to what will be in the DLC. But they are certainly real and did come from the GT website so they're the best guess we have at this point.

Given how long we waited for GT5 I find it hard to use the term "rushed". But they did release it before Kaz wanted to so maybe they weren't done to his standard.

They know what tracks and cars will be in the DLC. They should just tell us.

YES. That's the one. Citria da something is the narrow back alley racing track. I didn't like it much in the past but that ones really good if you want to practice precision. Good test track for me.

Capri is the one by the Oceanside/seaside. It was an early career grinding/ATM track.
 
OOOOh yes it was. One of the two, or both, French tracks were my 2nd choice. Those were the grinding days.

Why in the world would you be concerning about him getting banned, when you wouldn't allow him to write anyway? What do you think he should do, hire a translator? Apply to an English course? He'd be done for GT6 then :)

Having Marina Bay Street Circuit and Sepang Circuit would be a fantastic addition to GT5! (I live in Singapore hehe.)

I think people should lower their expectations, chances are we're going to get a couple of new fantasy tracks nobody ever asked for.

God that is a gorgeous track. High speed straights and sharp curves!

I don't use the course generator but I wonder if they are going to put in a couple more scenes? That would probably take the least amount of effort except for importing old tracks over.

I hope they give us more old tracks instead though.
 
Bathurst is no chance, but now that the Bathurst 12 Hours is opening up its regulations more and more, I really hope Kaz brings a car down and experiences the track himself - then he'll hopefully add it for GT6!

Bathurst and Gold Coast with some V8's in a pack would be more than welcome. They said they wanted to DTM but ran out of time. So here's hoping we get something down the road.

My guess is that we will get something really basic for the first couple of go arounds just to test the ropes of dlc.
 
Hopefully in the DLC tracks, they reintroduce Red Rock Valley, Grindelwald, and Midfield Raceway.

Oh yes, and even though I skipped GT4, I'd love to see El Capitan as well.

I guess I'm not the only one who likes the original tracks best. I'd love to see more original tracks, unique creations, rather than real circuits and the like.
