Yeah, I'm keen to team up Xku considering we extremely closely matched When Xku's not flying off the track into a barrier!. I've also been wondering wether it's just the same colour or the whole car altogether.
Anyways I'll be sure to pop in tonight.
Lol @ the quote edit.If it is the car I don't mind buying the same one as you, I like your evo! Any ideas for colour/team name?
I was thinking a bright evo red with white wheels?
(edited the quote to make it closer to the truth!)
Whoosh!
That was a fun practice night. I did much better than I thought I would, though my router reset itself halfway through the Suzuka race. T_T
I'll be looking forward to this series.
Whens the next pre-season gathering 19L?
I might be going with the Evo 8 now so you're welcome to the Evo 6 in anything other than passion red! I can gift you a couple of cars to try out if you want, I'll let you know what I have and if you're interested I'll throw it your way. I've found 4wd is the way to go with this series, little slower but much more forgiving and easier to drive!
That would be lovely. Or at least can you send me your set-up on the Evo 6?
Including mods in use, LSD, & suspension settings?
I need somewhere to start. Thanks for any help.
Slower but more stable is probably the direction I'd want to consider.
I've been told I'm the Volvo of gt5 racers... I look for consistency over the long term, stability, & ability to recover well, in the event of an accident.(Over just pure speed, which is likely to send me into a barrier at some point.)
I bought the GT40 earlier, it's a fantastic car!
My R32 is a stable machine but it has front tire wear issues. Though that might be because I'm not really a massively conservative driver and just charge forward a lot of the time. It's possible to swing the rear out though by flooring it at the exit of a slow/mid speed corner.
Tomorrow (Thursday) evening: Half-hour single races. Track vote.
