Easily gonna be PowerAMP for Android.

So many options, the equalizer, the awesome and customizable widgets, the playlist organization, and just the UI in general is fantastic.

Water Level (Free) and DB Meter Pro (Paid) for when I am working at a client site or doing an acceptance test - check level of equipment or sound emission levels for hearing protection.

Urban Spoon (Free) for finding places to eat when I am travelling

Cam Scanner Pro (paid) - image receipts to attach to expense reports

All the free Google Apps to make my crappy iPhone look more like a civilised Android device

Google Voice (free) and Fongo (free) to let me make calls using a WiFi or data connection and giving me extra contact phone numbers for people to get in touch with me

Rhapsody (paid) its much better then paying for every song. Pay monthly and tons of music. Only problem is no equalizer anyway 2nd is definitely GTP!

I am currently using Any.Do available on both system, you can organize everything you want to do. It will remind you through an elegant interface.
You can synchronize and connect with all devices.
