I'm surprised how little I've learned of ANY game this TGS. It seems like the world decided to take a break from it this year, except for a bunch of Asia-centric stuff that isn't intended for export. What a strange year all the way round.

Yeah, with PD deciding to release with no delays, it's a strange year indeed :sly:

Is there some political issue regarding its organisers, or something? Seems very strange if this dearth of info is true.

[EDIT]
Has already been posted *facepalm*

Not sure its already posted...

Also note that there was a typo in that article. (It said it was going to be released on PS4)

They're not delaying this time, they're just cutting any features that won't be finished by release date.

And releasing them later in a patch.

Yep. But they won't be there day one, and it could be two weeks or two years before you see them.

Apparently PD has decided not to participate at TGS.

They probably still don't have anything finished worth showing which is rather disturbing so close to release..

Or never.

I wasn't going to say it, but I was certainly thinking it very loudly. ;)

Plans change. Until it's actually released, there's always the chance that some feature that was planned for a patch gets cancelled outright. Particularly if they push hard for an early PS4 release.
