I am going to buy a solid gold Lamborghini and then spend the remainder or hookers and blow. Oh, no wait. That's right we don't get a tax refund in New Zealand. Damn you Americans and your impending recession.
Saving it, and then when I get my BB bonus ($500~800) putting the two together and going down to Houston for a CS:Source Lan with a clan I recently joined.

We always get tax refunds. My mother is using it to pay off various things, and by the time she gets her pension payout, and uses that money to pay off the rest... We'll be totally debt free!

Should there, by some miracle, be any excess left over (I am counted as a full time student, so I'm expecting a big return), it'll be going towards an anti-roll bar for the ass end of the Talon, and a few tanks of gas/ski lift passes.

Paying off bills, mostly. The $600 or so I'm getting back should make a large dent in what I have left to pay for this computer here and the bill for fixing the now-dead Jetta. Combine that with what I'm getting kicked-back from the school (about $300), and I won't have much debt left in my name (other than student loans)... Which means getting a new car will be that much easier!
The Bush/Chinese check:
Given that my family will be getting $1800 back, we're talking about splitting it evenly and then taking a trip to San Fransisco for a week. We'll see.
I'm not getting an IRS refund since I haven't worked one day since my accident. I filed my mileage report and my insurance company will compensate me for that. I'll get that back in about two weeks. I plan on pre-ordering GTA:IV first of all. Second, I'm going to ride around Buckhead and scavenger hunt for cars with Doug. Third, blow it all on my lady,
