Penne Rigatone with Mushrooms (3-5 persons)

1 kg pasta
750 g mushrooms
~100g dried herbs (for salads etc.)
~200ml water
~200ml cream

1) Cook pasta al dente.
2) Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in water and add the herbs. When well done, remove ~80% of the water, put the pan with the mushrooms back on the plate and add cream. Stir the hell out of it.
3) Put pasta into the pan with the mushrooms and add pepper. Stir the hell out of it, yet again.
4) ???
5) #winning

Same here – I think the vast majority of my calories this week have come from beer.
