Lots and lots of ribs.

I attempted to do home made rice balls and sushi. I believe that the rice balls turned out OK, but the sushi ripped apart while cutting with knife, and it kept unrolling on me. Here's a photo:

Reminds me of my attempts at making sushi. I end up rolling it, then eating immediately before it has a chance to fall apart. My wife makes good sushi though.

Did you remember to wash and clean the blade after every slice?

That's a lot of rice. To keep the nori from unrolling, you take a grain of rice and smear it across the lip/edge so when you roll, it sticks to itself.
As for the knife, it has to be really sharp and dipped in warm water after each roll. It really helps.

Just had Arby's Roast Beef & Cheddar Sandwich + curly fries, jalapeño bites, Dr. Pepper, and I also got my grandma a Jamocha Shake.

Thanks for all the great tips, I will slowly improve my Japanese culinary skills

Subgum Wonton from China Sun. 6 fried wontons and a mix of chinese veggies with shrimp, chicken, and pork. In Chef's special sauce no less. Tastes kinda like that hunan beef sauce but mellowed out with some oyster sauce and hot garlic sauce.

Oh my god that sounds good

No, that sounds terrible. That sounds like just a splattering of whatever was available on hand and with a large amount of whatever sauces dumped into it.

Nah, it's good. I promise. I was actually quite surprised. We usually just get the typical combo dinners like general tsao's, beef and vegetable, etc. And those are great, by the way. But this was better, and it was all meat and veggies so it's paleo/primal/atkins friendly. I'll save the small box of rice to mix with eggs for breakfast. lol.

They use these great plastic containers too. All our storage containers come from there. Who needs tupperware when you can just order Chinese?
