Instead of having dinner, I decided to replace it with Bulmers Cider (x2) and a whole bottle of some Italian wine.

I rarely, if ever, do this cos I hate being hungover, but considering I'm having some peace time to myself, decided I must do it to be sane. For the next six day, I'll be sober as a rock.

Some people just love the carbs! lol It's great stuff. I haven't made red beans and rice in a long time.

I've had a handful of grapes this morning and nothing else until dinner. I just made some potato salad for the burgers tonight. Didn't make the burgers this time. I bought Bubba Burgers. I'll give them a try just once to see if they're as good as some friends have said. I doubt it it's better than mine. I make fantastic burgers. :)

Nothing as good as a homemade burger on the grill!

Eating a slice of pizza, with crushed red pepper. Drinking diet coke, problem is I'm still a bit hungry, no more pizza left. I'll have to cook something soon.

Hamburger, beef patty made of extra lean part, mixed with spices and flaxseed meal for extra fiber. Lettuce, green bellpepper.

Had the same exact dinner as yesterday. LOL

Bubba Burger with my homemade 'special sauce' that's just like Macdonald's 'special sauce' only better. Lettuce, pickle, onion, my special sauce, American cheese on a large poppy seed bun. American potato salad with some added pickled jalapenos. Cookies 'N Cream ice cream for dessert.

Some mini date cookie/cake things:

eating a "torta" which is a Mexican style sandwich. Has bolillo (Mexican style roll) with carne asada (beef meat on the grill), avocado, Mexican cream, and veggies. Along with some Hot Sauce. So good, My favorite sandwich in the world. Mexican restaurant called "Taqueria Los Potrillos".

for me the even better part was that I didn't pay for it. My mom bought one for my grandma, her sick husband, his friend, and one for me too. Sort of a way of saying thanks for all our hard work in the month.

Flaxseed meal, hot water, peanut butter and cinnamon, all mixed together for a high protein low carb snack before weight lifting.

Could someone explain to me what these “Pop Tarts” are? It’s just that,
I was at my local move rental shop, and I could not help but notice them.
I have never heard or had a Pop Tart before, and I have no idea what you do with them:indiff:
Do you just eat them like a giant cookie or what?

Usually you warm them in the toaster.

Hmmm, interesting. You see, things like “Reese’s Peanut-Butter Cups” and “Pop Tarts”
are in fact very difficult to find here in New Zealand for some strange reason.
Not sure why.

It was such a bad idea to eat this last night. Now I'm supposed to be outside, running but i'm stuck in the toilet. Note to myself: never ever eat flaxseed meal as a snack in the evening.

For the poptart, They sell this as a breakfast. It taste ok, but it's such a bad breakfast, all sugar.

For me, its usually layered as the following: Top half of the bread w/mayo or beans, avacado, cream, carne asada, small pieces of onions. cilantro/tomatoes, bottom half the opposite spread of either beans or mayo and the other half of the bread.

Through the years, I think people develop alot of ways to eat them. Just like Ramen ( you could eat Ramen packages raw or cook them in various ways), its the breakfast of champions.
