Chamomile tea with a pinch of sugar and peppermint-flavored liquid honey, I'll see if it helps me with my insomnia.

"TV Dinner" Hungry Man brand, on sale at my grocery store, so I bought two. Almost $4.20 each, at the store on sale 2 for $5. And yes, the Boneless Fried Chicken is the one I'm eating, saving the "Roasted Carved Turkey" for later on tonight, or for tomorow

* Vegetable soup.

* Green beans with potatos, onion sauce and salmon.

It did kinda help, I could fall asleep in an hour instead of just laying there for 4 hours. After drinking I felt calm and relaxed, my heartrate slowed down a bit.

Now I'm having some spinach soup with a boiled, sliced egg.

Great, now I'm hungry again.

Boys get to pick what they want for dinner all week. I don't think I'm going to make it. They wanted Hamburger Helper Mac 'N Cheese with extra cheese added.

I had a salad.

Right now - Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub from Subway. All the veggies on Honey Oat bread, triple the amount of Jalapenos and Olives.

edit: I forgot, no Pickles, I don't like the pickles, they are too sweet, I prefer the kind of pickles that are severed with hamburgers.

I was having "Chanpuru"(a form of saute which is familiar as one of the local dishes in Okinawa) I cooked myself with Korean Kimchee today. :)

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal, turned out pretty good, I love the flavor, but I still prefer the Fruit & Creme flavored ones

That sounds good, I want to try it

I had possibly my favorite meal, a smoked pork chop with fries. With a bottle of water. Now I'm drinking a cookies and cream milk.

FINALLY! A decent meal! The Booger Machines were gone. Big Booger is going on a date and Little Booger went to a friends house.

Mrs. Lifters and I had pan fried fish, rice pilaf and peas with pearl onions and mushrooms. It's so damn good to eat real food again! :)

What have you been eating? :lol:

Chicken and broccoli three cheese alfredo. It's the one dish I and the boys like. This meal ends the week of the boys choices for dinner.

Rye bread sandwiches filled with delicious emmental cheese and light metworst with a glass of cold, refreshing milk.
