Yoghurt (non fat) mixed with kefir, grapes, strawberries, coconut (crushed?), raisin and honey

That sounds delicious. What is kefir though?

I'm struggling to make heads or tails of it, but as far as I can work out, kefir is a drink made from kefir grains and milk, which then ferments to produce the drink, which is drained of to drink, and the new grains in the drink are used to make the next batch.

A kind of deconstructed paella where people could take what they wanted.

Kefir I use:
Completely different from the one I use.

HA!

Making Pulled pork, roasting ham, & tuna salad for an early birthday celebration with the family this afternoon.

I know I shouldn't have something with alcohol in, but it's less than a shandy (under 0.5%). And it's cool because it's V8 Supercars related:p

Made a huge Keralan vegetable curry last night. Turned out OK but the house stinks like a Bombay back alley now.

And it was amazing, left overs will be a treat for the next few days!

Dinner last night was burrito leftovers. Yes, still had some left and still do. Just had a roast beef sandwich with mustard on rye bread and some Fritos, grapes for dessert.

Just about to make a chickpea and chorizo soup for lunch.

Barny cake bars. Bloomin' lovely.

Lunch:

Bean soup

Leek with a patato and different herbs with some mayonaise.

OK, soup was good, now roasting an Indian marinated chicken on a rack over it's own gravy and 'Empire' roast potatoes. Smells amazing, but I've never made this before.

Someone has been watching Jamie Oliver.

*AT added to ignore list*

Nyah's Honey Baked Beans with sliced Hebrew National Hot Dogs and 8 slices of chopped bacon are slow cooking in the Crock Pot!

Sipping on beer & iced tea. 1/3 of the glass was strawberry sweet tea, the rest was beer.

Lunch in half an hour:

Lasagne.

Hopefully my stomach won't protest (gastritis, but almost cured)

Was finally cool enough to cook dinner.

Fried Fish, Peas and Herb Butter Pasta

I had too much pasta. Too much. Oh, and some fried fish just like Lifters.

We went out to French food for dinner. We started with a plate of charcuterie for appetizer. For the main course, I had grilled out over a bed of cabbage and tart apples in a mushroom and Serrano ham sauce. Dessert was a cheese plate. I also had a couple glasses of red wine to go with the meal.

Just munched on some cold turkey and Pepsi. Turkey was left over since my mom decided to make a thanksgiving dinner today. Complete with mashed potatoes, stuffing, deviled eggs, green been casserole, and an entire bird.

Last night I made Chinese pork belly (mega crunchy crackling), egg fried rice and soy-dressed greens.

>>>Warning: This meal in no way involved any Jamie Oliver recipes<<< ;)

Strawberry pop tarts :D

Mushroom soup with toast. Afterwards, two eggs without salt.

Fratello's Pizza & Pasta leftovers from Saturday.

Still on non fat yoghurt and Kefir because my stomach is still not entirely cured.

This time I replaced the strawberries with blue berries. No grapes though and no (grated/shreded) coconut.

Made a chicken and bean chilli last night with wild rice. So good I'm having it for lunch again today! :D

AT, how much time do you have on your hands? If I tried to make half the things you did; one, I'd be bankrupt within a fortnight, and two I wouldn't be eating until 10pm....
