Leftover potato latkes and tri tip that my dad made me for my birthday.. Followed by the lemon cake my mom and sister made :D  Leftovers are awesome.

Broccoli with cream cheese.

I shouldn't have tried it. I just shouldn't have. :yuck:

The Christmas morning tamales are steaming right now as I type. I always have tamales on Christmas morning if I don't go hunting.

Made some of Paula Deen's Monster Cookies:

A glass of very lovely 2007 Proprietor's Reserve Cabernet Franc from Chateau Chantal, located in the Leelanau Peninsula region of Michigan. Very tasty for sure and has an extremely nice finish for a wine that is being drunk by itself.

It feels weird drinking wine as I never really used to do it, especially red wine, but I've found myself really enjoying kicking back with a glass of wine at night to unwind from the day's events. I'm making my life to stressful and it's my own fault. Having something to mellow me out is nice. I guess I need to build my collection now.

I just had a piece of See's fudge with a glass of egg nog with some bourbon in it. Great stuff. 👍

Two hot dogs and a 20oz Mountain Dew.

Yeah, my diet sucks. Can't explain why I still weigh under 130lbs and almost 25 years old.

A nice cold bottle of Carlsberg Export, my favourite Lager, and probably the best lager in the world 👍

Chicken Flavoured Crackers and Sunkist Orange soda. Homemade Angus burgers later. :D

Cheers

I have a sneaking suspicion I could be drunk.

Duke's Hummus on Ritz with slices of summer sausage.

Hummus turned out great! It's a lot better than the last three times I made it without the good tahini. Also, I didn't use pine nuts. I think the pine nuts were bad when I tried to use them, even though I just bought them when I first tried to make the hummus a while back.

However, I think I can add a few herbs to improve the taste. Also, I think I should add a touch more salt, garlic and red pepper flake. I had to add 5 Tbls of olive oil because the garbanzo beans were so damn dried out and hard. I don't know what it is with beans lately, but I can't find any that actually have a soft, tasty texture. I think they're 'genetic engineered' beans that are grown for larger yields, and therefor more firm to avoid spoilage or damage. They taste like crap, but who cares when profits are to be made.

A cheese danish and some Tropicana Twister orange strawberry banana burst...

Yeah. I'm a hungry one right now.

Hummus on crakers and a cranberry smoothie. Awesome.

It appears that Duke's Hummus recepie is a winner. This stuff gets better after several days in the fridge. 👍

Oh, mine's nearly as good. 7-Eleven Louisiana Hot Sauce Onion Rings(funyuns). Alright, it taste horrible.

I went and bought a whole pork loin with my uncle the other day. So, this week has been nothing but pork, pork, and more pork.
