You filthy animal, you!

I just ate a slab of Dairy Milk. I buy one slab each week (English chocolate is a little pricy here), but tonight I really went to town with it. Usually it lasts a week between me and my daughter.
And sausage rolls, and cheesy muffins. Pretty much all the food from my youth that I miss at a hyper-inflated price. Didn’t find a Dr Pepper this time though.

The pad-kra-pao (don’t know the English translation) for lunch at school sorted me out for about 3000 calories. I don’t really need to eat for a few days.

But I had some beer anyway. That’s another 1000 calories.
Still working to slim the gut with some daily cardio and regular animal movements.

Good luck to me waking up in the morning.

A salad with some stuff, including broccoli stems which I’m liking a lot.

Could do this everyday.

We've got an atmospheric river event going on here in the Seattle area. It means lots of rain. I live just one block from the Cedar River, which has set all time records for river height but has yet to to overtop the banks, thankfully.

So when I went to Uwajimaya this evening to get a Banh Mi sandwich for dinner, I kinda went overboard. I got the sandwich, but I also got a bowl of beef stew, Biko (sweet rice, sugar, and coconut milk), miso chocolate chip cookies, several drinks, and apple pie flavored KitKats (with Halloween ghosts on the packaging. ¯\(ツ)/¯) I ate the stew and am saving the sandwich for tomorrow.

For dinner a couple hours ago, we had some chicken tenders, green beans, mashed potatoes, black-eyed peas and some dinner rolls. That should tie us over until breakfast later on today.

Had some grilled chicken, pita bread and sauteed veggies for lunch. And the sauce...dear god, the sauce. I always get extra, and it's from a small chain here in NY, Chicken Stop and that is Stop Sauce.

I would love to make a copycat of it but I don't know all of the ingredients, other than jalapeno, lemon and lime, and avocado. I could bathe in it, easily.

I googled chicken stop green sauce and there’s a more than a few references to Peruvian green sauce.
Oh, I can work with that I think. It does have cilantro in it too.

They used to list some of the ingredients (the ones I mentioned and I forgot about cilantro) on their page when they listed the sauces individually, but now that they've grouped them all together that's gone now.
