Walmart sells these raw, breaded spicy chicken breasts. They take about 16 minutes to cook in an air fryer (use a thermometer), flip about half way through.

When they come out I let the sandwich hang out under cover to help steam the bun, melt the cheese, and keep if from burning all of the skin off of the roof of my mouth. These things are awesome.

We have a local Walmart in our town of Roxboro, I wonder if we can find those there?

Cool glass with Yoda from Star Wars!

I'm fixing to eat 2 granola bars, 4 pancakes, some hash browns and 2 waffles for breakfast. We are at the hospital at Duke. My mom had her surgery yesterday, it was delayed an hour. She's in a lot of pain. I'm worried about her. Looks like we'll have to rely on the hospital food, I'll make sure to throw away any dairy items.

Gotta think of something different for dinner other than chicken and turkey, without containing dairy and cheese. I'll have to look up and research different foods I can eat that won't cause reactions and issues. I'm getting chickened out, anybody got any fresh ideas?

Can you eat fish, eggs, lentils, quinoa, mushrooms, tomatoes, veal, wild rice, pastrami? I'm thinking that yogurt is a good substitute for dairy.

We can't have yogurt, and because it's fermented too which is bad for us. We've been relying on the hospital food, and we discard any dairy products. We eat the rice, mashed potatoes and other vegetables. She brought some of her potato chips along too.

Yogurt is extremely good for you and your immune system. Fair enough if the dairy causes issues but yogurt itself is full of probiotics which are really healthy to have.

Even then I've always thought fermented dairy like yogurt is fine for lactose intolerance though, provided you get natural yogurt and not stuff with milk added back in. I wouldn't write it out of your diet unless you know you have a reaction to it.

Okay, fair enough. We're getting ready to eat breakfast. I took the laptop and charger with us. She had her surgery Friday afternoon. The doctors and team leaders removed all the tumors and mass. The procedure lasted for 4 hours. I prayed for her the whole time, and it worked. We're in Room 6312. She's been walking fine and she been eating okay.
I'm hoping she will be a new person now that the cancer cells are removed from her body. I helped her a lot this week and I was worried about her too. She's the only person I have that loves me.

My mom is also a cancer survivor, so I know something about the ordeal you are going through. I'm sending you good vibes and a prayer too. Maybe a nutritionist from the hospital can give you better advice about a more varied diet that fits your needs?

Add a little oil to a pan and add 1 onion and 2-3 peppers. Cook over low heat until golden brown. Grate a clove of garlic (inside the onion). Once cooked, add 3 peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of salt. Cover the pan; the liquid will reduce, and it's ready to eat. Eat it straight with bread, without a fork or spoon.

Actually, you should break two eggs on top at the end. Those with egg allergies can eat it without breaking them. Pouring two beaten eggs over the tomatoes after they're cooked gives the dish twice the flavor. You should definitely try it.
