I just cooked some scrambled eggs for the first time to eat with a slice of Jason's Sourdough.

Funnily enough they come from the same place.

The plant's name is Eruca sativa. Eruca becomes ruca, which becomes the Italian ruchetta (little [e]ruca), which becomes the French roquette, which becomes the English rocket... but it also becomes the Italian rucola in a different dialect, and that gives you your arugula.

It's really easy.
It is indeed - but I always serve with hot, freshly buttered toast.

It's cleaning the pot that's usually murder - but you can also microwave scrambled eggs, though I don't recommend it! It's worth the clean-up!

I just used a non-stick frying pan and made sure the pan is fully soaked. Should be fine.

It's too hot for toast.
