noodle soup we just made, plus some things they sell at the local market made of chicken, and inside they have ham and cheese and spices, these with some cucumber. At 10 pm.
Busy with dinner which will be ready in 3 hours (3PM). I'm making roasted standing rib roast, cheddar potato souffle and roasted broccoli ina garten, oh and homemade horseradish cream for the roast. Oh, and dessert is homemade strawberry shortcake.
What!? You don't eat your's while it's alive, like the rest of us!?
I've mentioned how amazing a cook my wife is. She decided to put a plain potato in the oven because she wanted that over my famous cheddar potato souffle. Her loss.
So, she puts a potato in the oven after washing off the dirt. 15 minutes ago, it exploded. All over my standing rib roast, on my cheddar potato souffle and in my roasted broccoli ina garten. Now the kitchen has not the strong oder of standing rib roast but the stench of burning potato. For her punishment, I told her, while she sleeps tonight, I'm going to murder her.
It took a few minutes to clear the roast and the souffle but it took forever to get all the potato out of my broccoli ina graten. The oven took forever, too.
You all still have chocolate, I scoffed my last bit yesterday, I got a block of chocolate, a really miniature bag of chocolate buttons, and a bag of 4 creme eggs, and it's all gone, I'm feeling a bit depressed lets eat some... OH WAIT, I DON'T HAVE ANY CHOCOLATE...
, I just have 20 lollipops
