Well it was one of those days where all I wanted was a salad and everything went wrong. I had just a tiny bit less lettuce than I wanted to start. I cut up all the vegetables, into the bowl they went and I like to add some sort of protein to it so it's a actual complete meal. I'm thinking about this and figure I'll add the oil and vinegar and when that's done hopefully I would have thought of what protein to add. I grab vinegar and there is like two drops. I grab the olive oil and there is 4 drops left. At this point I'm thinking I'm screwed for this salad. No! I say. I refuse to lose. I must make this salad a masterpiece. I check the fridge and see leftover taco hamburger meat. I gotta go with it. I throw in some than dump the rest of the bowl. Still needs more liquid tho. Basil and sun dried tomato dressing. I throw it in and hope for the best. As I'm mixing it all, everything seems to be looking and smelling really good. It's time to take a bite and see if my new creation will be a success or if I have to eat a bowl of ****. I take my fork, get a little of everything on it and start to chew it up. Greatest salad ever! It taste like the freshest taco you have ever eaten. The beef gives it that smooth fatty taste, the crunch and texture of the lettuce and vegtables, than finally the sun dried tomato sauce mixed with the taco seasoning from the beef. Too good.
