Just finished cooking some sweet and sour chicken. Lots of veggies and pineapple. I didn't actually made it from scratch, it was a frozen variety to just warm up on the skillet.

Early dinner tonight, again. Made a HUGE salad since we had pizza yesterday.

Baby lettuces (baby green romaine lettuce and red romaine lettuce, tango lettuce, baby green oak lettuce and red oak lettuce, lolla rosa, baby green leaf lettuce and red leaf lettuce, baby green butter lettuce and red butter lettuce), baby greens (red swiss chard, mizuna, tatsoi, baby spinach, arugula), frisee and raddichio with red beans, garbanzo beans, HBE x 2, cheddar cheese and 1,000 island dressing.

It looks like this thread has some regular contributors, which I suppose alleves a little anxiety of my own for frequenting it. On that note, I've had about 10 JD (or CC) + cokes, and a bottle of wine.

And a glass of water.

Spiced venison soup. It's good, like a cross between oxtail soup and liquid haggis. :D

Winter doesn't make ice cream any less delicious.

Had honey roasted cashews for a snack last night. Had nothing since then 'cause I'm saving it up for my beef and cheddar cheese enchilad with Spanish rice dinner tonight.

Cinnamon and raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. My wife's favorite breakfast. I guess I was missing her... *sniff* :(

Roast duck marinated in dark soy, cinnamon and star anise served with cous cous and pomegranate seeds.

Oh, and Beaujolais Nouveau. :D

At the moment I'm baking some stuffed clams, and going to add them to some Clam Chowder Soup.

Pistachios and dates for brunch. Having a late dinner tonight. Don't know what I'm going to make. Maybe another Onion Bagel London Broil Sandwich. ;)
