I've never heard of that browser, it's up to you but Google Chrome loads pages much faster, Microsoft Edge isn't the best choice to use for any PC or laptop.
Vivaldi is Chromium based, so, technically, it's just Google Chrome with a rebrand and a coat of paint (although it's more than just that). It also revive the features of the Presto-based Opera with its own proprietary modifications.

Who on here likes Google Chrome? I always have, I know some may not agree with me but it's my opinion. And that's the truth.

@Chris30, you do your credibility no favours.

FIREFOX:
Is a bad browser, or just runs slow - but you've not used it since 2010.

CHROME:
Used it in 2015/2016, or since 2017, or in 2019, or since Dec 2023 after in Sep 2023 hearing good things about it. Always liked it, but in 2019 switched away from it because it's too slow, but then fast enough again in Jan 2024.

EDGE:
Using it since 2017, or switched to it in 2019. It is not the best choice of browser, or maybe runs smoothly and is okay, or maybe is too slow to the point of having to switch to Chrome.

I might give Chrome another try later this week/month. If it's quicker I'll switch from Edge to that. What browsers are you guys still using? And on what PC/laptop model.

I've recently made the jump to a fork of Firefox called Waterfox, it's way more customizable and I'm enjoying it so far, it works really good on my decade-old laptop too!

Good for you, you found a unique special browser. Good luck. We're gonna start using Google Chrome and stick with that. Edge is the #2 best browser IMO.

Timekiller pooed my last post here, I guess he's not a fan of Google Chrome. I mean no one can control what browser we use. That's the facts. It shouldn't be a big deal. I'm sure others use Google Chrome too, not just us. It loads web pages and sites 20 times quicker. Edge doesn't have that capability.

EDIT: Wait I'm sorry, he pooed the Nov 18th post where I said Firefox is a slow bad browser. It is...anyone agree with this statement? It was too slow for me and my mom and we do a lot of research online.

Nah, it's not unique at all (since there are MANY other browsers that are based on Firefox) but I'm finding it that it suits me the best.
Also yeah, Chrome-based web browsers are good too, after all they're the most compatible ones by far.
I've used Chrome for years and it was a great experience, if a bit memory-hungry, then I switched to Opera (I don't reccomend it, it was a buggy mess), and now I'm taking a stab at Firefox-based ones...
I've never tried Edge though, is it good?

Edge is fine, you can use that or any other browser that works best for you. Edge is second best and a recommended browser for researching, doing the budget, watching videos, doing homework, etc.

Anybody else use Google Chrome now? And how long have you been using this browser on your PC/laptop?

FireFox hardened.

Privacy Badger.
Ublock
Clearurls
Violentmonkey for YT scripts
Return YT dislike

Mullvad VPN
Do you also like Google Chrome or would you rather prefer to stick with Firefox? It's your choice.

Chrome don't even function correctly for me, HW accel on or off, YT videos stutter, and sometimes the entire screen will randomly corrupt.
It crashes half the time, too. This was 4 months back.

Back between 2010-2016 I was a full-time Chrome user.

Chrome loads a webpage faster, that's it..

I’m on Orion on Apple products, Edge on windows. Chrome tries too hard to push you to the Google app on mobile, so I use edge because it’s the same thing but less annoying and still syncable with mobile

Now I have been using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge for 4 years now, they're okay, I am sad that flash died.
I use Microsoft Edge on my laptop, runs smoothly most of the time! What do you guys use?
I'm using Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. It works okay 90 percent of the time.
Idk why but when I used Chrome 3 years ago, it ran slow so I had to switch to Microsoft Edge.
We're currently using Edge, what I should do is download Google Chrome, I heard that 75-80% of the global population use this browser. And it's supposed to be quick loading up the pages/sites you go on.
That looks appealing and cool to see, where can I find it? I switched to Chrome a week ago, Edge was too slow for me.
I haven't used Firefox since 2010.
Yes, Google Chrome is a more-popular web browser because most websites load faster and more smoothly than Edge or Firefox.
Yes, I use Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I go back and forth between the web browsers.
Firefox ran slow for me several years ago, that's why I switched to Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

Oh cool, I didn't know that. Firefox is a bad browser too btw.

Do any of you guys still use Google Chrome? Just wondering.
Are Google and Microsoft paying you?

I'm still using Firefox as my main browser (PC and Android), though I use Chrome for YouTube and Reddit.

Yeah, I switch between both browsers, they both work fine. I guess it's better to have two than nothing to use. Also, I used to try to play a flash game site on Firefox in 2010 and it did not work so that was my last straw with it. So much better than the crappy old AOL we used back in the early 2000's.
