I gotta go with the interior it's a must for me I play that way in all my racing games that allow it. ^^ And yea it's gonna suck with the standards because theirs a couple of cars that I love driving. :(

I find myself suddenly developing a taste for the bumper cam after switching to the DFGT, I used to use the hood/roof cam in GT4 extensively and in 5P a bit back when I was still rocking the Dual shock controller.

Now that weather's in, I think alot of our opinions will change in terms of serious racing vs. casual track days.

Due to the crazy handicap you get in cockpit view, I'll be more than happy to use bumper cam for time trials or serious racing. When it's pouring or snowing, it's going to be mighty tough to see how far ahead my opponent is in front of me, which leads to more unintentional punting. So for some clean/serious racing, Bumper Cam. For mucking around and just driving around the track for fun, cockpit cam.

I'll be using the interior view for the premium cars and for the standard cars i'll be using the bumper view (or whatever its called), if there is a good bonnet camera i may use that but it seems to vary from car to car

Bumper cam all the way.. but I'd be curious to see how some of the weather effects are displayed (ie no windscreen for water to collect on?)

I like bumper cam because it makes things appear faster and more responsive... however because the viewpoint is so low, corners coming up aren't all that visible, so on unfamiliar tracks (such as the auto-random rally stages) I might struggle abit...

.. Cockpit view looks nice... and with head tracking it might seem more natural, but the fixed look directley ahead first person view, I don't like it at all.

Hood view, if it is on all cars. If it isn't I'll revert to bumper cam for consistency. I've never worked out why the internal view is so far back that it shows the wheel and hands. My real hands are here in front of me.

It's difficult to know as we don't know what camera angles will be included at the moment but I usually find I'll switch as different cameras do different jobs.

My standard choice will without a doubt be the pilot view camera purely for the atmosphere, the immersion it adds to the driving.

I'd imagine that I'd use something along the lines of a bonnet camera for when I'm looking to put in some serious times.

There are times of course when one of the chase cameras will be used because, lets be honest, sometimes it's going to just be really nice to look at the car in the environment and watch the lighting, the reflections and the weather move around the body.

Interior view on the premiums, and since I assume the standards will have roof/bonnet views, I'll use them. Not much of a fan of the bumper view, I like to see some signs of the car while racing, but I can't stand the chase cam 👎

On tarmac I'll use hood so I can drive fast and win... But for rally events I will have to use interior view. It looks so damn hardcore. And at night... wow... so pretty.

I'll just use the cockpit view. They've put so much work into that view that it only makes sense to use it. It might add a bit to the challenge but that's also part of the fun.

For standard cars I'll go with the hood view. I just can't do the 3d person view when playing with a wheel. It just defeats the purpose of buying a wheel IMO.

I'll try to use cockpit view for all the cars. It looks like the best view to race in.

For cars with impossible to see cockpits, hood view.

I'm stuck. See, some cars like my dad's 'Stang, its hard to see over the hood since it has a raised part in the middle unless you raise the seat with a button. So what will happen GT5? Can you move the seat?
