you can change the reverse gear to act like a seventh gear, but other than that no...

all the cars are 5 or 6 speed, refering to the FORWARD gears. there is a glitch where it posts a 7th speed. Reverse is not counted when they say 5 or 6 speed. And using the MK program you can turn reverse into that much need seventh gear, though i wouldnt sugest it.

The correct answer, is "No, there are no cars that have 7 forward gears".

The follow up to that is that "Yes, with MK's program (Check the Hybrid & Gameshark forum, precautionary note: you'll need a sharkport to utilize it), you can edit a car to transform the reverse gear into the 7th gear. Which will afford you approximately 30 seconds of enjoyment."
