What games are you playing now?

I'm splitting my time between Forza Horizon 3, the main game, the Hot Wheels DLC and the Blizzard Mt DLC. I'm also playing plenty of Mass Effect Andromeda, main story I assume is about half complete, but my overall completion is at 28%. I'm also playing Lego Worlds again, they added a sandbox mode (similar to Minecraft's creative mode) and I've been experimenting with that as well.

I don't know why. I just can't get engaged with Mass Effect. trying to play through the trilogy, but I always give up halfway through the first game. Kinda hurts that I've missed this highly acclaimed game series.

So right now I am playing Dead Space trilogy, Forza Horizon 3, Elder Scrolls Online(never really stopped playing since it came out) and Star Wars Battlefront(absolute noob).

My first post in just about a year and a half, good to be back!

I've recently gotten back into GT, and started playing GT1 again.

I've FINALLY gotten all golds on the IA liscense!

The 400R is a pretty awesome car, keeps up with the concept car on some tracks!

Man I need to get myself a copy of GT1 once and for all, as even after all this time, I've never officially owned a copy myself. Weirdly bought a copy for a mate's birthday over 10 years ago, despite him not being a massive car person or racing game guy.

As a result I've barely played GT1 bar a couple of races, so I need to get a copy and go through a play through myself...

All of Gran Turismo games, mostly GT Sport, GT3 and GT Concept:

But once i fix my old FAT PS2 laser in order to run DVD9 games, it's gonna be manily GT4 and i'm gonna finish it fully from %97.XX i did back in 2011 to %100. Just need several few races and mission races to finish and then maybe start a new game on another memory card.

Also, anyone knows Jet De Go 2? A Japanese only game on PS2 that i somehow managed to own a disc of (Not gonna tell you how exactly but it was over 10 years ago ;)). Anyway, it's a Flight "Arcade-sim" game based on Several Fleets from Japan Airlines at the time including Boeing's like 737, 747 and 767 and McDonnell Douglas DC 10...etc.

I didn't know how to play it when i was a child since it was all in Japanese and all i ended up doing is crashing it at the end of the runway :P

I've decided recently that I'm going to 100% every Forza and GT game. (Even GT5 and GT6, despite my issues I have with them. Got to do them for the sake of consistency though.)

For Forza, I'm starting with the very first game on the original Xbox.

For GT, I decided to start with 6 first since I can use my wheel with it and it's also short. After that I'm going to GT2, as I already completed the original GT a few years ago.

Other than that, I'm still playing Horizon 3.

I'm re-visiting GRID 2 thanks to the Xbox Games Pass. The audio on this game is still extremely impressive today, not just from the cars but ambient sounds from the track. The combination of it all creates some really immersive gameplay. 👍

Found an old memory card and am back to playing a few old PS2 games, including Gran Turismo 3, The Getaway Black Monday, DRIV3R, Driver Parallel Lines, Colin McRae Rally 3, Need For Speed Carbon & Dukes of Hazzard Return of the General Lee. Also picked up Dishonored 2 on XB1 and have gotten back into GTAV on PS4. I've also downloaded and started playing Payday 2, Joyride Turbo, Roundabout, Comic Jumper, HALO 5, Saints Row 4 & Borderlands from the XBOX Games Pass.

LFS
and i'm playing through Saints row 2 and 3 at the moment. Fun games, but my god the driving physics are awful (the horrid PC port on 2 doesn't help)

Right now, my time is split between Gran Turismo 6 for club racing, Just Cause 2 for destruction and awesomeness, and the original Crash Bandicoot trilogy for nostalgia.

Assetto Corso, Locoroco, Street Fighter V and Destiny. Nothing gets played to the exclusion of the others. Just mixing equal ish time between them so I don't get bored.

I'll be adding Elite Dangerous to the list in about a months time.

Bought Watch Dogs 2 and I'm currently playing that. Alongside the usual smattering of FH3.

Still have not beat Persona 5, need to buckle down on that.

A fair amount of Star Wars Battlefront (PS4), with detours into Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo, FM6, and the GT Sport beta when the mood strikes me. FH3 gets loaded up for the free Porsches if I can remember.

I'm just about done every Hutt contract in Battlefront, but I'm finding some of the trophies far too hard to get. :(

Every time I get into Crusader Kings 2, it keeps kicking me and I keep coming back for more.

Next time I play, I intend to start (again again again again) as the Petty King of Wessex (equivalent to Duke in the game) in the earliest possible start date (769). Goal of this particular save (which isn't all that hard, just time consuming) is to at the very least form England (which in my most successful run at this scenario was within my grasp by the early 800's), with a distinct possibility of forming the Empire of Britannia.

Back to playing CS:GO regularly again since the new Hydra Operation is out.

Still playing The Division and Wildlands on PC, with the odd hour of Horizon 3 (/Hot Wheels) on Xbox One and even less but still some GT3 on my PS2.

Also bought 'Golf It!' and 'Golf with Friends' a short while back and have been enjoying both alot with friends.

Played and beat Driver 1 again not too long ago and I'm still playing just to mess around a bit.

Many say the first mission is the hardest in the game, but in my opinion the final one is by far the hardest.
Especially when ya gotta hear "Nice drivin' son" and "Where we goin' son" over and over again.

20170603040147_1_zpsaa45n7ze.jpg

The first mission isnt too bad, basically, it takes place in a parking garage, you have to do everything on the list in under 60 seconds, and you cant damage the car more than 4 times. This Looks pretty difficult, but its not if you get used to the controls. I've seen speedrunners do it in 25 seconds, and my best is around 33 seconds.

If you do ever play this game, the hardest thing to do on the list for most players is the reverse 180.
If you want to do it easily and consistantly, Reverse up to a good speed, hold L1 (max steering lock), then let go of the throttle and steer at the same time, this will flip the car around quickly, start accelerating when the car is just about completey turned around, then go into the slalom.

Good luck, and remember, lose the tail man!

EDIT: Just smashed my old record, its now28 seconds!

While waiting for WipEout Omega Collection to land, I'm playing the PS2 version of Pulse. I don't know if I'm going to be out of my depth switching to 60fps and a DS4, but it's actually improving my reflexes, which I discovered when I decided to load up DiRT Rally last night and actually score some decent times on Professional difficulty in a 2000's Impreza.

When I'm not racing, I'm playing PES 2017, trying to win the Champions League with Benfica, just because. Tore through the group stages, and came across Bayern Munich in the R16, lost the first leg 2-1, but was able to win the return leg 3-2, going to the quarters on away goals. In the quarters, I'm currently losing 2-1 to Roma with the return leg to play.

Project Gotham Racing 2, 3, and 4. Part of it is due to trying to finish what I started with my game saves. Another part is that I wanted to record gameplay footage of each game for my youtube channel. I'm also thinking of playing Raceroom Racing Experience again as I haven't played that in months, plus I got an email saying that the BMW M6 GT3 is open for trying and I haven't driven that car in a racing game yet.

XCOM: Enemy Within - Wished I played this sooner, got it yesterday from the XBOX Games Pass and it is amazing. Loads of fun in trying to co-ordinate a small team to flank the aliens while also trying to complete other objectives. Played quite a few missions so far and while most of them have been a success I've lost team members on 3 missions, and had to completely withdraw from another to prevent my team from being completely overrun.

Fable III - Another great X360 game on XBGP, which is much better than I expected. Only just into the second part of the game, where you have to earn up to 6,500,000 gold before the final battle to build an army. Although I did make the mistake of spending the entire countries budget on rebuilding the city and am now almost 1 million in debt but I should be able to make that all back through grinding the blacksmith mini game... hopefully.

Perfect Dark Zero - Got this for free for watching the XBOX E3 stream and it's better than I expected. The original (Perfect Dark) feels as old as it is, but it's still good fun, although the first mission isn't that great as you have to go through a door right after a bunch of enemies do or you can't progress (AFAICT) and have to replay the entire mission again. Aside from that it's amazing. ...oh, and you can dual wield M16's, so that's always a plus. The sequel, Perfect Dark Zero, is a much more modern game with decent graphics for a 2005 game, although for some reason the starter pistol has freaking sniper scopes on it, and there's no way to remove them.

Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec - Found my old PS2 memory card so have been going through the professional league championships. It's way more fun than I remember it being.

Replaying a bit of DOOM. The combat is fluid, fast and generally, a complete triumph of the old shooter phillosophies of Unreal, Quake, Shadow Warrior, etc - how having a cinematic vista doesn't mean you have to put enemies behind walls, how you can still strafe and jump to higher and lower ground mid-fight, how cover is useless when you can just skillfully keep out of the way, perfecting a fight feels marvelous, the game is just 🤬 marvelous, also it runs stupid smooth on the 1080ti.

I'm back to Skyrim. I installed the Special Edition and moded the heck out of it. I'm so happy all my favorite mods are now available for SE. I'm amazed how beautiful this game looks! I didn't mod the graphics, other than the lighting.

I am still playing MUGEN and trying to make content for it. Meanwhile, I've been playing "Virtua Fighter 5" and "F1 Championship Edition." I don't care if these are old games. My past Virtua Fighter experience is being a bit reborn. As for the F1 game, I haven't done too much in "F1 Championship Edition." I have won only one race- a Quick Race at Hungaroring using Scott Speed.

VF5 and F1CE are both still very lovely games even if they were two of the very first PS3 games.

D1 Grand Prix for PS2. I'm actually quite enjoying it! Feels better than the drift series of the Tokyo Xtreme Racer franchise and it has some cars I don't see in other games. With the demand of drifting focused games these days, I could see something like this with an updated roster and physics being a hit.

Crusader Kings 2 finally passed Skyrim as my most played Steam game. Absolutely nailing it this save, same start (769 Wessex) as before.

Got given that nickname by the game.

All I know it at some point Francia vassalized most of Scandinavia while I wasn't looking. Technically I could take them on due to technically superior army size, but I've done most of the expansion I wanted to this save.

The Kingdom of Burgundy (SE France, near Nice) was a former member of the Empire of Britannia, joining it as a result of Emperor Ealdwine the Great putting in the most effort in the Third Crusade, freeing it's lands from the Umayyads on 4/26/1014. It has since been granted independence after it was decided (by me) to keep my mainland European holdings to a minimum.

Elite Dangerous on PS4. To the exclusion of all other games. I'm wondering when I'll be able to switch on the PS4 and select another game.

Let me comment a bit more on one of the games I've been playing lately. When I commented in a Status Update on GTPlanet, I noted I haven't played F1 Championship Edition yet until finally getting to play it. It is only the second-ever F1 game I've ever owned ("F-1 World Grand Prix" for the Nintendo 64 is the other). Even if just to savor the mid-2000s of Formula 1, that's the true appeal of "F1 Championship Edition." And as always, I'd like to thank all the fine GTPlaneteers who offered their advice to me playing F1CE.

CK II update: Date is May 10th, 1058. Not many of Emperor Gamall II's vassals aren't thrilled with him because he was caught...ahem..."playing for the other team", including his wife (who, ironically, also swings that way. Hasn't stopped either one of them from doing their duty to the realm and God and providing five children).

Had a fairly large-scale revolt about five years back when a fairly minor character in my realm managed to fabricate a claim to my top title of Emperor. Squashed that, and since the Kings of Wales and Ireland were in on the rebellion, I imprisioned them, revoked their kingships, and after being King of Wales and Ireland for two days, handed them to people who didn't completely hate me for being a truce breaking Shakespearian villain.

(One of my king vassals put in the most effort during the Fourth Crusade and got the Kingdom of Middle Francia, and a double king in my realm is automatically on THE LIST. Couple assassinations split up the king titles, freed the one for Middle Francia, saw one of the counties in my main territory flipped to his new realm, broke the truce that was set up upon granting him independence. Also had my half-brother the King of Britanny assassinated for dubious reasons)

My heir has come of age, so I intend to duel the guy who I broke my truce with once he's done with his wars. If I die, I die.

EDIT: Just realized that one of my great-grandfather Ealdwine the Great's descendants is also an emperor, ruling Francia.
