Anyway, I like Nissan, audi, mercedes, Pagani and Shelby Supercars. (Thats a different shelby than Carrol Shelby of Ford. Shelby and Shelby Supercars are two completely separate and unrelated companies.)

Ya, I was very disappointed to see that when I first played GT5. Still a let down so I fail to see what's so "super" about the shelby supercar.

Like some of the others here, I'm not too loyal to any one particular manufacturer. There's alot of them in the game and they offer different things for different tracks (at least I like to think they do).

In the real world, I'm a ford man. That was the only manufacturer that hasn't caused me to drop a ton of money into repairs due to wear and tear. Chevy is the worst for me.

My favorite manufacturer based upon the cars in the game would be Nissan. The new Z cars are great, some of the old ones are even better (just wish they were premium!), Skylines are obviously great cars (though there may be a few too many...), and I really like some versions of the Silvia. Then, add in some great LM cars and old Group C cars, and it's a solid lineup.

A few companies that could take that crown for me, if they were better represented:

-Mercedes Benz, if they would get some newer S class cars and some Black Series cars
-Audi, if they had the new TTRS, a premium quattro rally car, and the new R18 LMP car
-RUF, if they had a few more offerings and some premiums (or even better, get Porsche )
-Aston Martin, if they had the DBR9, the DBS, and a classic DB5

I'd say Nissan for making decent family cars, great effort in the green department, still making sports cars, and very much succeeding in the supercar category as well. it would be Toyota, but they lost their balls when they dropped the Supra, MR2/MRS and the Celica esp the all tracs..

i would lean more towards definitely than perhaps!
But my meaning is that even though there can be a lot of complainers about Nissan, it seems they have more fans than the average make/manufacturer
