What would you pick for your first set of wheels?

I would go with a Ford Taurus SHO, just so I could race it on an oval track like all suped-up so I could pretend to be a NASCAR racer. I hope there are some Monte Carlos, Intrepids, and Grand Prixs.

The SHO was a sleeper in real life cause no expected a Taurus to do much anything quick >_<

hahaha one of the greatest Vitz's was the Yashio Factory Vitz. It had turbo and boasted great suspension balance. Against a field of cars with around 200 horsepower, it did very well, scoring very good on driving experience. This was Best Motoring if you're wondering....

I remember a refernce to that, though I haven't seen it. Tsuchiya and Orido were talking about the small displacement class cars. I think it was the 350Z BMi set, not sure though.

Vitz is awesome in GT3, probably one of my fav starting cars, right next to the 86, and if I feel like being mean, the MR-S (just ace the b licenses, and pawn the Miata)

If the word about transferring some of your credits from GT3 that was mentioned in one of the threads about the new GT4 booklet is true, that would definately open up some interesting possibilities for our first rides. Maybe that first trip around the Nurburgring could be in a bad ass ride after all.

No, that BMI it was featured in was the Evo strikes back, where the Sti and the Evo battle for first place a Tusukuba, as usual.That was also the my car battle or whatever it was, where someone challenged dori-dori on lap times.

The touge feature was between the Vitz, Eunos Roadster(Miata), AE86, Civic, Celica, Integra, Cappucino, City, and I think the MR-S. It was touge max 200 if I remember correctly. I'll check the DVD box later since I own it.

What I meant was they talked about the car, just as an aside, right before Tsuchiya drifted the 350Z. He kinda just was told by Orido what the fasdt little car he drove was, and was like "THAT WAS A VITZ?" rosmethiung to that effect...

Arghhhh, I deleted the GT3 main save when i was clearing out my card.
Accidentaly removed the main file when was clearing of the replay and setup files to make some card space.

I usually go for the most powerful affordable car. However, I need to know the 0-60 statistics as well. Accelleration is now a factor in my case.

I have to go with the MA70 Supra(not on the list) but you could buy one in GT2 for around $3,400(around 236hp) and slap on a turbo for about $4,500 and BAM you have a buget car with 270hp under 10grand! I hope it is the same for GT4

I found a nice red FC for just a few hundred $$ more than an AE86... so that was my first choice... now to figure out how to turn of TSC and ASM (car handles a bit crud with 'em on)
