What's your biggest rant about GT4?

Just a poll to know what bothers you the most about the game. Personally, it's the once again absence of Ferraris, Lambos Porsches, I could wait a lot but not miss these ones once again.

I have to agree with Samberto... the worst part of it is the incessant complaining.

Two reasons that complaining is worthless:

1) All the complaining in the world isn't going to make the game come out any faster, nor will it make the features you want magically appear in the game code.

2) Once the game is released, and we all have our hands on it, no one's going to remember or care that the complaining ever happened. All of this (this thread and those like it) will be utterly FORGOTTEN.

I picked the waiting. Another rant I have had is the fact that they won't release the car list early enough. I'll stop here before I actually rant.

it's not the waiting that bothers me... it's that the company thinks it's ok to over promise and under achieve. Why not wait until they are sure of a release date and then tell us... as for lambos, ferraris and porsche... I don't blame them for not wanting to be associated with polyphony digital. I'm sure I will still buy the game either way though, so you're right, there is not much point in ranting about it.

I voted for the wait, but deletion of online mode and lack of the big three(Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche) were dissapointing also. I have hard time believing that P.D./Sony are probably going to make us buy the game twice, in order to get the online mode.

Lack of the vehicle damage doesn't bother me. I believe that in real races, most crashes aren't going to change the handling of your car, it's going to retire you from the race(with my crashes, the driver wouldn't survive either).

Not only the complaining about the wait, but the comlpaints of Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini not being in the game. "The big three" aren't in the game because they're to popular for Yamauchi to code in the game. One of the reasons this francise was started is because KY wanted to show people cars that were extremely rare in GT's time of birth, and the "big three" wasn't what he wanted in the game. I'm just as bummed out as all of you are, but just like Jedi2016 Quoted "Complaining won't make the features magically appear in the game code", so we should stop complaining about why they're not in and just accept GT for what it should be.

You should have had an option for "other" because none of those things you mentioned bother me in the slightest. Personally, the thing that pisses me off the most is that the HUD only shows your best and last lap times. I really wish it was more like it was in GT2 when they gave us five laps of data.

I second that. I've stopped posting out of protest about all this nonsense and all the people complaingin aboutt he delay. Patience is a virtue, people.

I know I'm going to get a "if you have nothing positive to contribute, don't say anything" comment, but here goes.

I can deal without Ferrari and such. Online is cool, but I don't NEED it. Get off my ass about damage. "Whoa! That car hit the wall at 155 mph and showed no damage. AWESOME!" But if I had to choose one, it would have to be the wait. But remember this. Half-Life 2 was recently released, and that game was supposed to be out last year, I believe. And now look at it. PC Gamer gave it 98% (I think 85% or higher gets a "PC Gamer Editor's Choice Award" or something), G4TechTV show "X-Play gave it "5 out of 5," and it's pretty much a hit. And even this waiting and delaying doesn't make the game any bad. If HL2 acheieved high ratings without delay, I'm pretty sure GT4 can acheive the same results.

Only because I have to choose SOMETHING from this poll, count me in on the wait.

I'd be very very suprised if GT4 got close to Half-Life 2s average scores even if it is a great game.

Another point is Half-Life 2 was less delayed than GT4 Sorry I just can't help but say that, it just seems comical.
