Wouldn’t really work with your account being specifically tied to your Sport mode progress.Multiple save files under one profile would be nice to have files to experiment with without an entirely separate psn account.
yep. just lie about the location. I now reside @ silverstoneHow do you create an account outside of your region, does it require a a completely separate PSN account?
^ the reason I now have 2and so I have a second shot at the 330 or xj13
Nah I'm not. I have my moments but they're few and far inbetween. I'm about average and definitely not too great in a race. Choking etc.Started a second account to go through Career Mode again in GT6. Haven’t used it in GTS as yet. Different racing regions sounds like a good idea for another account but sorry, won’t be adding you @Renrag39, you are too fast for a slow guy like me![]()

TOS has the normal language about providing false or inaccurate information during account registration. I didn't see anything that says you have to use the account in the country it's registered in. Only mention of residence is for arbitration or transactions which can be verified by your credit card. Also nothing granting them the right to brick your PS4.Next we will be reading threads as people are complaining and wondering why their PS4 system has been bricked by PSN for creating fraudulent accounts using false information to create the account.
I would read the PSN terms of service agreement including the fine print very closely before I falsely created an account in another region I was not physically in.
If you think Sony cannot tell your system when online is not actually in a different region than what you are claiming I think you may be in for a surprise.

edit: Just found it "...including termination or suspension of your Account or associated Accounts of your children, automatic removal or blockage of content, implementation of upgrades or devices intended to discontinue unauthorized use, permanent or temporary disablement of any system or device through which you receive PSN Services..."
You all just turned your PS4 into a doorstop!![]()
I didn't see anything about a VPN. I was joking about the doorstop.
You can't attach a credit card from your region to another PSN region's account.I didn't see anything about a VPN. I was joking about the doorstop.
I really don't think anyone creating an account in another region has anything to worry about. Just don't abuse it by creating hundreds of accounts or being a troll and it should be fine. Personally, I wouldn't attach a credit card to an account in another region.
Sony is probably more than happy to have the extra accounts.

Wait, if you can't use a different account than your region in what about those who live in countries that don't have PSN support?
If you want to play in a different region, you need to create a separate account and you don't need to purchase anything. So I've heard.Do you have to pay for another account, or can you create another id under the same account?

The wins are coming thick and fast atm but I'm pitted against far less experienced drivers atm. That's all I have on my side tbh, experience.
