why are racecars hated?

I drift the NASCAR Red Bull Camry just for fun and I don't know why people might hate it.

I did a NASCAR, rx-7 TC, the Lexus race car and possibly a couple more. They turned out pretty well but regular cars are so much better. The race cars are not built to drift so everything is just so much stiffer and weird. I feel bad basically trying to screw up everything the engineers worked so hard for in order to get it to drift. However it can be pretty funny if everyone has a corolla and you have a NASCAR lol.
