Will there be a big update for GT5 when PSN returns?

I like your observation. You apparently didn't notice they are all closed and to that result we have have to make more that will be closed within 4 posts

They can update GT5 without the PSN being up.

All closed? All the ones in the GT5 forum are closed as this is the wrong place to talk about the PSN being down. See if you can find the open thread about the PSN outage that's in the correct forum.
