I agree. I am 12 and although I aren't the best driver ever, I'm not a "noob" and dont drive around smashing people in an X1. The majority of 12 year olds are, take for instance, I am at Rome, in a pre 1979 cars lobby in my GT40. The host clearly says no race cars before the race begins. But, a couple of squeaky kids come in the lobby just before the race starts in toyota 7's. I doubt it was by accident as the they did it again after, until the host got bored an kicked them.

On the subject of the Spanish, I have no problem if kids use text chat and dont ram, but voice chat and kids dont match.
