So you're unable to post, quote, comment, start a poll, re-title your own threads, have a custom avatar, have a custom signature, use BB codes or anything?

Premium isn't obligatory. It's pure choice and the proceeds help pay for the cost of hosting/running the site and have even been put towards combating pancreatic caner, and in return Premiums have their own private sub-forum, personalised member pages and can lock their own threads.

I think that's fair enough.

I agree... other than no-ads and some extra areas of the forum for premium members only there is not much of a big difference.

There are plenty of things you can do without a Premium account. And even then, the Premium account purchase price is very reasonable.
