Sales. A controversial topic that’s known for sparking heated debate; a topic that is so heavily analyzed by the passionate user base that it is often misused as an absolute. It’s a topic one can’t help but be drawn toward—like a moth to a flame—as it gives a brief overview, or, at least, the perception thereof, of how well the product has been welcomed into the consumer’s home.

The final major update of the year for Project CARS is upon us, and Slightly Mad Studios intends to end the year with a considerable bang and loud exhaust notes.

Project CARS is no stranger to the ESL as players have been enjoying fast and fair competition across the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for several weeks now, and just this past Sunday hundreds more gathered to participate in the latest round of competition in the second round of the Kick Off Cup.

Two new Community Events are now available in Project Cars, both tying into Motorsport events running this weekend. The first celebrates the Blancpain GT Series round taking place at Circuit Zolder and features the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3.

Project CARS officially releases today in Europe and Australia in physical copies, and worldwide as a digital download via Steam. Those residing in the UK only have one more day to wait, while residents in North America will have to wait until next week Tuesday, May 12th to purchase a physical copy of the game.
