This Week’s Forza Horizon 4 New Cars: BMW i8 Roadster and Honda Civic Rallycross

It’s the weekend, and for the fourth time in a row, that means a pair of new cars in Forza Horizon 4. Say hello to the BMW i8 Roadster and the Honda Civic Coupe GRC.

Out of the pairs of new cars the Car Pass has introduced to FH4 so far, these are technically the most closely related. They’re both all-wheel drive, and their performance ratings are the closest yet. But in reality, these are two very different beasts.

The i8 should be the more familiar experience: the coupe model already exists in the game. The al fresco edition is arguably the perfect companion for the new spring season, and it boasts a small power increase over its hardtop sibling.

If you’re worried about taking your futuristic hybrid Bimmer through the spring-time mud, you’ll want to look at the Civic GRC. The all-paw Civic coupe first leaked way back in FM7 times, but officially arrives here today. Like the Beetle GRC also in FH4, the Civic packs in 600hp, ensuring it’ll make short work of whatever the British countryside throws at it.

You can buy each car individually from the Xbox Store, or get it as part of the Car Pass. Those with the Car Pass can look forward to 42 cars over a 21-week period.

We don’t know what the next batch of cars will be, however. Expect news on it shortly; the next season change will also bring with it the highly-anticipated Route Creator.
