If you’re lucky, the leading Miura should spin out and delay the other / other 2 Miuras behind him at the Ring. Then everything else is passable (hard if you don’t wall-ride). Toscana’s fairly easy and I made a powerslide exhibition with it XD. It looked awesome on replay.

  2. Both Barrels

Passing 11 other Lambos on the Ring is ridiculous enough, but I refuse to use any aids. Still stuck at 2nd place…

  3. waddy2001

Re: the Ring. If you get to the first time stamp and your time is say, over 25 seconds behind, go back and start again. The intro alone takes about 43 seconds or so which makes me think that this is one of the key parts to beat. Also note that there are two sets, at least, of opponents. For me, the white 11th starter means an easier field. The red 11th place means a tougher group.
The other part that I’m testing now is acceleration vs. top speed. Personally, I can’t catch up to the top 4 no matter what I do but I’ve left the top speed setting untouched. If I sacrifice top speed for better acceleration, maybe I can get close to the top pack and then worry about blocking or knocking on the final straight. Hey, it works in NASCAR…

hahaha~thought I was a real Bad ass @ the Burg..[•Nürburgring Nordschleife ] but man! I have been having my ass handed to me on a silver platter,I also thought I was a pretty damn good when it came to driving the hell out of the lambo “Miura” prototype~but DAMN! it’s like driving on a frozen lake bed with the “Sport soft” tires ,I hate using traction control and any other assists for that matter, but have been turning “TC” way up to 5..and still am sliding all over the place..tried all the lambo’s and 4th is my best finish [like 8 seconds behind first]~I used to always bitch and moan about “GT5’s: seasonal events being way too easy, but like the old saying goes..”Be careful for what you wish for”..you just might get it! lol,~anyway good to see I am not the only “GT5” veteran getting their ass kicked @ Nordschleife,[sorry guys ;) lmao, anyway, gotta go turn some more laps and figure out a decent tune for the Miura, best of luck guys & hope to see you on the track!

  5. davidguire

On Toscana everyone cept me and 1 of the 2 murias were spinning out, I bought a new gallardo in game just so I wouldn’t have to detune my Lamborghini so much… I won Toscana but the rest I need to figure out a solid tune for

  6. wingedbreeze

we were using murcielago and we got to 2nd place on nurburg. we beat the other courses easily but we got cold feet on nurburg. any tips? lots of people r using gallardo but that is lighter and murcielago has more power, i thing since it is nurburg and there is only one straight away i guess u would have to go with the gallardo cuz it can take corneres faster. still any tips? if u have only tell me how to tune it to. thanks much :).

  7. waddy2001

Gallardo, Autumn Ring, set your top speed to 143. Watch for the spin outs ahead of you. Even the Miuras spin out. You need a time of about 1:19 to 1:20 to win. Two left and then I’ll stop. Hahahaha

  8. waddy2001

I just won Rome with the Gallardo after about the 20th time. Last night I won Toscana so it can be done. I used the Gallardo as well although the Countach 25th Anniversary was OK on Tuscana, came in 2nd. Lap times on Rome were around 1:11 to 1:13 so be prepared to practice a lot. Should I post my settings? Won by 2.6 seconds, passed the Miura on the hard left hander and sailed through the rest. As I said previously, practice is the key. I loved the Rome circuit (not reverse) and hated the reverse at the start of this series. Now, it’s not a problem. Once you master a circuit with a fast car, you can handle it with anything. Maybe the ‘ring is the exception but I’ve loved that circuit since the early GT games. Let me know if you want my settings.

  9. Chicagokid

I completed the nurb in the Gallardo, but it was thrilling I hit the last Miura on the last corner and somehow I won , but the trick is to get a spoiler and then reduce some power and it should work! On the Tuscans circuit I was 1st by the 3rd lap because of the spoiler.

    1. davidguire

My fastest at the ring was 7:11.5… I was 14 seconds behind the computer…. Glitched and the miuras both broke 6:97

  10. sangbyung

this is crazy. i used lambo gallardo lp560 and laptime of 7:03. i was driving like a maniac and i have to push the Miura out of the way on the final corner to win it. seriously? 7:03, and i really barely beat this.

    1. RacingManiac

I need to find 2.5 sec…I just ran a 7:05….saw the leader’s ass as he cross the finish….at least I guess the setup on my Gallardo is getting better…

  11. waddy2001

This whole thing is frustrating, to be sure, but the point isn’t winning is it? I see the point as learning to drive. The Ferrari seasonal p**** me off like crazy until I learned how to drive full out for the whole course. If I made a mistake, the AI would suddenly push the cars I had passed ahead of me and push the leaders farther away. I’ve played GT since GT3 and the AI is totally unforgiving. I just tested all of my Lamborghinis (and I have all of them) around the hi-speed course in practice. None of them were more than a second apart. The Miura and Gallardo had the fastest top speed but the lap times were almost the same. Someone else said that if you drive like a maniac, you will stand a better chance of winning. From what I see of the AI, that is true. If you drive crazy but don’t hit a wall, the leaders will be less far ahead. All things being equal, drive like a maniac but drive like a true race car driver and you will win. I swore that I could never win the Ferrari challenge but I did. Don’t give up because you can’t win instantly. Learn the tracks and learn the cars and the wins will follow.
Lastly, (sorry for the long post), it seems that ‘the force’ wants you to learn how to drive the Miura. Since it is considered the best, the fastest, the most important but totally unforgiving Lambo out there, give it a shot. My feeling is that if you learn to drive it, everything else will be easy to drive.
Love the game, love the forum.

  12. Bulletproofjay

Turns out it was my driving ! :-( Turned on skid recovery and won by 3 secs ! Blimey that was tough ! Hope the next ones are just as hard. Have not played gt5 and shouted at the telly this much in ages :-))

    1. ONESPACE

I’m using the Veloce, and won the first three. Corner cut the crap outa Autum ring. Cheated where ever I could at Nurb. and came in second. Think I have to use something different?

    2. Bulletproofjay

I saw what you where saying and took off skid recovery and with serveral more hours of practising I managed it just by .3 seconds on the last corner ! I feel a bit less beginner now !! :-)

  13. kevieboy

After many many many hours of struggle I finally took out nurburgring today. Used a 640, soft tires, minor weight reduction, sports computer and race spec driven geared down to max top speed of 300. Won the race by 1.15 secs.. thinking about posting the replay.. good luck Hellas

  14. Bulletproofjay

Has anyone got a good tune for nurburgring ? Seem to be 2 sec off the pace ! With a good tune I can only blame my driving skills. Completed the others easy enough seem to struggle with this one. Cheers

  15. Hetseeker

I just discovered that only making a small tweak on the exhaust system fix your problems, all you gotta do is to buy a sports exhaust and catalyzer as well, and be a bit aggressive on your driving, that should do the trick

  16. Pvig73

I’ve given up. Never gotten so annoyed at this game as I am now. Got all the Lambos and just can’t do the ‘ring.

  17. Nauraushaun

The game lies! The event description says “sports/hard or less”. It’s not. You can use sports soft.
The time and money I’ve wasted trying to find a car that’s competitive :\

  18. gigio79

It’s impossible to win at nurburing with only one lap and three miura at the first 3 places, it’s just waste time, stupid event.

    1. Pvig73

I agree. I used the Aventador & was 3.9 secs behind the leader on the straight of the Nurburgring. He was then 4.6 secs ahead at the end of the straight. Very frustrating.

    2. gigio79

The first miura win with a time from 07:04 to 07:07 in one lap, no way to make less that time because have to overtake 12 cars and is so hard in a circuit like nurburing. I tried gallardo, avantador, mucielago, the best I did was third place, behind the two miura, they are fast and light. Please be kind to issue a video so I realize ho you do. I am so frustrated.

    3. MyogiWarrior34

Can someone report to PolyPhony about those frustrating Miuras… I mean power wise… they’re just at 350 light yes but just at 350. I mean, they’re like on HAXXX. I’ve been at it for 4 hours and I can’t get past 2nd (best i was able to do is get past 2 other Miuras that were on 2nd & 3rd)

  19. warpkez

Finally got Rome done with my Murciélago LP 640. Had to cheat though: run several races without actually finishing, ended up with 553PP by the end of it all. Drafting helped, as did passing on the outside rather than the inside.

Just need Nur-Nord to work out.

  20. Pvig73

Tell you what. I hate this event. I’m almost ripping my G25 apart with my teeth doing the Nurburgring. Why have PD made the Miura’s so fast? Actually, why have they made the 4wd Lambo’s (and newer Ferrari’s) so undriveable?? They’re supposed to be sorted cars in real life.

    Now breathe.

    1. mr_pepps

I’ve driven a Gallardo on a circuit. It’s a beast – quite twitchy and heavy through corners.
      Not ‘sorted’.

  21. Lambofanghini

Can’t wait to get into this seasonal. Just finished all my course work, just too tired to play. Awe, who am I kidding, gonna run one of these races right now with my Countach just for kicks. I know it may not win, got my other lambos for that, but the replay should be awesome. It is my favorite car to watch on replays.

  22. streetlife

Take your Lamborghini Murciélago LP 640 Chrome Line and reduce the power to 550 Performance points. This car is the best choice for the Nürburgring race. No tuning ang driving aids needed to smoke the Miura on the long straight. This car is a blue beast…

  23. COLOSAL TOSSLE

Ive won all but nurburgring in the muira, autumn ring was hard, then i got him with a lap to spare,i had to bounce of f cars, cut corners…was very hard but i enjoyed winning it!!

  24. Painy21

If your good at tuning then the muira is good as it only weighs in at 880kgs but the easiest car to use stock is the 640 I used my 670 only because it has an awesome tune and sticks to the Tarmac like glue…. Even on sport tyres

  25. leeson65

I was trying to do the Nurburgring event with a bone stock Gallardo on sports hard. Impossible. It’s so damn hard to pass on the ‘ring, too. There’s like only two places where you can pass cleanly; how can you overtake 11 cars?

  26. marcoacv

I did all the SE with a Murcielago LP640 with no problems, just nurbur was the race of my life lol, I won by 1.011s of diference
it was a very fun SE

  27. smskeeter23

Ok I guess this is a little noob-ish butwhat makes the Miura so great for this? I haven’t had one yet. Is it simply 2wd that is an advantage?

  28. warpkez

This SE would be so much more tolerable if the AI was not so retarded! Now I know how Darth Helmet felt.

The AI bounces off walls, spins out in tunnels, goes cross country driving and spins back into the racing line.

    1. WonkyFonk

The stuff that really annoys me is when they slow down to a crawl when you are near/beside them. It’s like shaking hands with limp handshake man.

And slowing down again in the acceleration zone? I consider myself a clean racer, but with these wimps I don’t care if I rear-end them.

I’d love to see the case statement governing the AI decisions. It’s probably constructed in Fairy Cake ++ – no backbone addition

  29. dethringr

what kind of BS is this? Im only allowed to have 550PP max, while a typical opponent can have as much as 557PP? WTF Kaz? Breathe in a little too much fume at the race tracks?

    1. MeanElf

It’s not the first time the other cars have had higher PP allowances – anyway, you should be able to do it at a lot lower PP as well – that’s what the whole performance difference bonus is about.

  30. Tdot GTR

Ughhhh Autumn Ring and Nurburgring is just unbelievably annoying! I dont have 15 mil to waste on a muira just to win that race. frustrated than ever!

    1. Highrev

I did it with the Gallardo LP 470, with a lap time of 6:55:xx
The thing is you have to drive much more agressively on that track than you usually do, to be able to reach the Miuras, but by driving like that you’ll be much more prone to messing up and spinning out, losing the entire lap. You just have to keep trying, driving really agressive untill you can get a clean lap like that. You need to be 1st or at least close (sub 2s) to the first place by the time you get to the long straight, then you’ll be able to slipstream and overtake by late braking.

    2. Boostbaron

I dont have the muira either… And I feel that the gallardos (or other lambos for that matter) awd is a little more forgiving when you push it

  31. HuskyGT

I’m getting my hands on that Suzuki Concept this afternoon. Man, that new OCD looks like a Car Show; only Concepts.

    1. Amac500

Lol, I was bummed the GSX showed up in the OCD. I had mine burried in my garage, got it out, fully restored it, set up my suspensions (used the Top Gear test track but then realized it was way flatter then all the other tracks, so it’s great there but I had to work on the rest). But yeah, that car was my ace in the hole and people on the mics would be like, “I don’t even know what car he’s driving”, and its a beast because the weight isn’t distributed fairly on performance points in GT5. So I was jamming online the past 2 and a half, 3 weeks online thanks to the car and now everybody is going to have it, lol. Oh well, those are the brakes, but you’ll love it, track day cares are absolute riots, I only wish the game had a maybe 2 more premium ones like the Caterham and the GSX :)

  32. Amac500

Hey I was just looking at that google maps street view of Silverstone with that GT Academy car. If you look around you keep seeing these guys with a stoped Aston Martin off the track and they have some kind of cameras set up when the cars go by. It isn’t any feature on the map, you can’t see anything from the cameras angle. Does anybody know what those guys are doing? Just wondering about the last GT Academy seasonal event tonight. If anyone has seen my posts about those seasonals and wondering if they would introduce a new track in the last GT Academy Seasonal event, like they did in the GT Academy game with Motegi. I’m probably being optimistic though, lol, just wondering if they worked for PD, but yeah, I’m probably being optimistic :)

  33. teppischfresser

I put in a really good lap on the nordschleife (7:16:026) and got 4th in my Murciélago. It’s difficult this time.

  34. WonkyFonk

I’m enjoying these challenges – Autumn Ring in Reverse is a lot of fun in the Gallardo! However, the AI are probably the most limp wristed bunch of fairy boys that ive seen in the seasonal’s! Incredibly annoying.

    1. lancashire lad

That’s because GT5 does not have any AI….If you want good AI play shift 2 but you wont have the handling of GT5.One day we might get both on the same game.

    2. MeanElf

The only problem with Shift 2 AI is that they are too aggressive, doing stuff that racing drivers do not do.

    3. Amac500

All GT needs to do to the AI is make it so that when a car gets with in a certain margin behind they change from their racing line to a more defensive line. Then when they are so close behind another car they change the line to take the inside line an brake later. Then those little things like the AI washing up and outng out of corners slower as a result. One day we will see that and it will be really cool. I would love to see that in a spec 3.0 in October. That and these new tire ware rates are about 4x quicker then in real life. I get it being shorter for the average shorter race, but I wish for tire wear and fuel milage the options were Off, Accelerated, and Real.

    4. tpark103

I’m still doing autumn ring FR and having a blast. I better switch while I can still be on topic. Leaving for Miami this weekend fellas. I better brush up on my espanol’.

  35. Painy21

All these races are easily done in a well setup 560, 570 sv & even manged to smash autumn ring in the aventadorwith ease but Nuremberg needs the muira

  36. Lambob

Make your gearbox ratios longer, set a higher than expected top speed, like 360KM/hr, don’t take any turns in peak torque, so when you come out of them somewhat settled in a straight, then you will have all avail power safe to use.

500pp Lambo Gallardo Nur racer. 6:49s, head to head finish with Honda HSC concept.

    1. mercgoat

Power safe to use? There so detuned to fit in the race its near impossible to lose it as it is with no assists.

  37. mercgoat

I feel trolled every time I chase a 600pp car with racing tires and gets a 25 second head start that I gotta catch when I am heavily restricted. Proves even pd knows there ai hasn’t been improved since gt1

  38. MoLiEG

Still waiting for something new from PD and Kaz. PP seem too low for this one, so it should be interesting… I love Lambos and I have a feeling I’m going to love this Seasonal… but again… this is the same old “chase the rabbit” race….

  39. mr_pepps

This event is brilliant! My Countach is getting spanked but I don’t care – more more more!
(Um, can we have an RUF event soon please Kaz?)

    1. Amac500

How about we get some premium RUFs first, lol. Even though we don’t have a Porsche license, I was sitting around last week and went “Wait a second, if we can still have RUFs as Porsches in the game, why can’t we have premium RUFs?”. I would love to see a RUF 911 model in a future dlc, and with a race mod option, because as we know the 911 is the most sucssesful and historic model in GT racing history!

  40. Brunskill777

BTW, teh lower pp happened on Nurburgring, I thought it was because I’d restarted loads but I guess engine wear that could be sorted by engine rebuilding or whatever it’s called.

  41. Brunskill777

Oh forgot to mention, despite being sure my muira was 550pp (and I really wanted it to stay that way), I got PDB afterwards. I was confused until I saw my car was actually 547pp and it had lost 10bhp, I’m guessing that’s engine wear. At least I didn’t have to limit the engine for Toscana. Really though, PDB is redundant in most seasonals it’s been available in as you’d never win in a car with really low pp. Like on the info for this one, it says winning in a car with 520pp will roghly double your reward. So basically that means winning in a stock Muira (515pp) or a massively turned down other Lambo. Not possible.
And by the way SonicConqueror, I never said autumn ring was impossible.

    1. SonicConqueror

No. You said it’s impossible for you at this time, but you just don’t have the skills necessary for the event. I’ve played the GT games for a long time, and as the years went by, my overall best aggression & speed pays off easily in the current year. I almost have the mind of a computer-based game. Sort of.

  42. Brunskill777

YES, I’ve finally completed it an hour ago. Autumn Ring was easy as I got only 2 Muira’s starting at the front. Nurburgring took me AGES AND AGES AND AGES because I didn’t want to finish the race and it up my pp so I had to keep restarting if I wasn’t winning. One time I was in 3rd before the long straight right behind the 2nd place Muira but went off and I had to start again. When I finally did it, I was 1.18 behind 1st at the start of the straight, slipstream didn’t help much and only by not giving him room and him getting stuck on the last corner’s inside wall did I win. I know it’s cheating, but after lots of tries I HAD TO WIN. Then there was Toscana, the easiest race by far. Was in the lead by the 3rd lap despite having 3 Muira’s at the front. on 1 lap, I went wide at the first corner but still coasted past a slow moving Gallardo (after watching another race if they go wide there they go really slowly) and there was an out of control LP640 in front of that that nearly ruined my race as he spun out and hit me. I expected a Nomad Diablo without looking at the prize before I started, already had one but never mind. Could we go back to random gift tickets as prizes though? When I’m told ‘you’ll get this’ it’s no fun. It’s more exciting to get a gift ticket, even if the car is crap/ you’ve already got it. This seasonal was half enjoyable, half tear your hair out frustating.

  43. Amac500

That’s what I’m talking about PD, well done! My only critic is that it would be totally cool if PD put the AI on racing softs for an event, they haven’t done that yet.

    1. tpark103

I hate it when that happens or when my thumb hurts as if pressing harder will make it turn more, excellarate faster, or brake harder.

    2. tpark103

I can’t lie, it’s fun chasing the rabbit when your close but, when Bugs Bunny is so far ahead by the time your in second place that you don’t have a chance to catch him, it can get frustrating.

That’s when I change my strategy and focus on Photo Mode!!! :-)

    3. Amac500

Yeah videogames never piss me off, especially in GT5 when I don’t really get anything I can’t easily get anyways from winning, lol. I’m just like “oh well I’ll run it later” and go screw around at Kart Llace or something, haha

  44. MPH1995Deniz

The thing I really like about GT is that even though they take a long time to make the next game, it is always much much better than the previous game so… driving will be A LOT more fun even in off-line races. I quite like these new seasonal events because tis one has arrived at the perfect time because im starting to enjoy my STOCK Aventador.

    1. MuoNiuLa

“The thing I really like about GT is that even though they take a long time to make the next game, it is always much much better than the previous game”

I disagree very strongly. GT5 is an exception to this statement IMO.

  45. Universal-Shot

Ive been able to do 4 in a 550 Murcio or Gallardo. Im stuck with Nurburgring I can get past 3rd, these are hard. Also at least 70000 people do the seasonals. . . . thats more than some new games probably have after 1 month or at all.

    1. Amac500

My online game play I normally do at night, thats when I have time to do it. Last week I spent the week playing Dirt 3 because I decided I wanted to rally and Dirt’s rally is just so much better then GT5’s. I go to play online and there was only about 6 ROOMS at any given time I was online. Never was it any higher 12, at one point it was as low as 3. When I play GT5 online at that same time of day there is at least 100 rooms in my region alone, and tons and tons more when I change region to all. It is very impressive how many people play GT5 after almost 3 years compared to other newer games, even ones like Dirt 3 that came a year and a half ago, half the age of GT5!

  46. Gran_Turismo

This is a sad series of events. Just quit the first race using a lower power Murcielago Super and came in seventh. I was getting beaten by ancient technology in this tank of a car. PD seems to have a problem with creating an enjoyable experience. These races are nothing more than a chore or catch the speeding rabbit.

GT6 better be amazing, since clearly their development attention is NOT on this game.

  47. Sick Cylinder

I just tried all five races in the Lambo Seasonal and thought I would add my comments:

There is something strange about the AI on the Toscana event – I was in 12th place then noticed a car parked on the left near the start line. Then next lap there was another parked car. Several times the 11th placed car came past me on the straight like he had twice the power then immediately crashed! Toscana was my best event 10th. Couldn’t get better than 12th on any of the other tracks – with practice I should improve, but I don’t think it will be possible to podium.

I know I’m not a top driver, but I can gold other “Expert” events so I can’t help feeling that PD have got the difficulty level wrong on this one.

    1. Gran_Turismo

You have to use the right car(s) to even have a chance. Practice does not make your car go faster where the opponents will accelerate more. Either than of PD needs to throw out the PP system as it clearly does not work when you have two different cars with the same PP and one end up destroying the other.

    2. Progress823

+1…. The LFA and NSX are prime examples of the PP system’s failings – either of these cars at 550pp will destroy most other cars at 570pp. The Muira is another one (at 550 it feels like 565), just finished all five events without much difficulty, though Nurb was a wild ride, as usual.

  48. berettagt88

PD please raise PP next seasonal I want to drive my fully tuned cars or medium tuned cars 570pp would be great.

  49. Brunskill777

I decided to stop being bitchy and childish on here by complaining and appreciate that we’re being given new seasonals every week. So, this is what happened and how I reacted:
    Saw LAMBORGHINI on here: GREAT
    Saw 550pp: oh
Tried in my LP640 slightly turned down to 550pp on Rome. Only got 4th: This is stupid
Then saw that people were saying the Muira was good. Tuned mine to 550pp, won Rome and SS5: Yes, championship sewn up.
Then tried twice on Autumn ring, best 2nd: oh
Then tried Nurburgring, best 4th: oh, what the heck is happening.

So I managed the first 2, thought the seasonal was great. Then tried the next 2, couldn’t do it. I’m perplexed by this, I need to try again. I’m also getting annoyed by the fact my Muira was tuned to exactly 550pp. But after every race it increases by 1pp, meaning I have to turn the power down a bit of a %. Why?!

So, the positives of this seasonal: Lamborghini, good tracks (apart from Autumn ring reverse, I hate the track whichever way you do it, and rome reverse means I can’t do my favourite corner in the whole game – after the back straight that left right downhill section is so BRILLIANT, but can’t be done on reverse.), first 2 races were challenging but won.
Negatives: 550pp means you can only use stock Gallardo or tuned Muira and 550pp is WAY TOO LOW for Lamborghini’s.
I’d also like to see Top Gear test track used in a seasonal. Why can you only drive it competitively on british lightweights or the special event, which I’ve done already.

So what started as a thought to not complain and be nice turned into a slightly nicer than usual rant from me. Come on, higher pp limit and some seasonals that are challenging, rewarding and bring joy to the many fans who still believe in GT5. I’m not giving up on you and probably never will, but some really great seasonals every week would bring back the joy of playing GT5 instead of seeing doing the seasonals as a chore.

What is it you say that it is impossible to get 1st place on Autumn Ring Reverse? Liar. You didn’t even think about using weight ballast for your cars. I did the event with my downtuned Gallardo (with 200kg weight ballast), and i’ve won on all 5 tracks in the bebuilt Lamborghini Exclusive seasonal event.
If you can’t do it, then you better get a higher license.

A GT veteran should have the right tuning & have a harder aggression level in races; ensures victory at the right time. This goes for the rebuilt Lamborghini Exclusive seasonal event.

Same event from A-spec huh? With “chase the rabbit” too? Sorry PD, but I’m not bothering with this event, AGAIN. They really know how to be boring do they? I mean, I stopped playing GT5 loooong time ago because it got so boring…

None the less. I love that picture! *.*

  51. challengerrt10

Another repetitive seasonal event we already have got in A-spec.

Is there a fun in driving against 11 alsmot the same opponents again (two gallardo, two murcielago and two countach)? Why they can’t create an event only for Italian super sport cars, where you can race against Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Cizeta? Or events for Corvette (we have almost every generation), Mercedes, Aston Martin (we got few models), Jaguar and etc.?

Maybe next time we get MINI’s challenge or MX-5 again. I’m sick of it.

    1. SonicConqueror

That will be in at least 3-4 months from before we’ll see the return of the NR-A challenge & the Mini challenge seasonal events.
So I suggest that everyone should remain patient.

    2. challengerrt10

I don’t want MINI’S AND NR-A seasonal events to come back even after 10 months. I yearn for something completely new!

    3. SonicConqueror

challengerrt10, wern’t you listening? I said that the NR-A & Mini races won’t come back until at LEAST 3-4 months. I did NOT include “10 months” or anything. You’re going at it a bit too far. Plus, they won’t be using any other new seasonal event that has a different format. Like it or not, no new seasonal event will be available in GT5!

btw stop complaining about seasonal events or anything. JUST GET ON WITH IT, FOR PETE’S SAKES!

  52. STI9

They should release a Formula D pack with extra drift events and maybe more drift courses. They could feature Dai Yoshiharas car and race suit etc etc

  53. researchALLwars

Hey everyone, do you like blowing past 10 cars and then chasing the rabbit? Do you enjoy A.I. competitors that park when you get close to them?

Don’t these seasonals just ‘feel’ like real racing? I get so excited when.. zzzzzzzzzzzzz

    1. japlkofk69

Well if youre mad because when you put your car in front of a racer they dont crash you, you should get NFS: SHIFT and stop crying

    2. researchALLwars

japlkofk69, wth are you talking about? These A.I. slam into the back of my car all the time! This is made more perplexing by the fact that they usually brake WAY too early for every turn in the entire game.

Brake, coast, brake, gas, coast, brake on turn exit, gas…. (that was all in one turn, folks)

    1. researchALLwars

its the other way around, mate. PD is lucky that it’s dwindling fanbase shows any support.

F1 2012 and Pcars can’t get here soon enough.

    2. MeanElf

Dwindling fan support ResearchALLwars? How many copies of GT5 were sold? I think we’ll need to see how many buy GT6 before you can say dwindling with any kind of authority or not.

Sure though, I’m not really a fan of the one car chase situation. It would be better to have a few stronger ones to battle with instead of just one.

    3. rumblina

F1 2012 will look blurry/fuzzy as always, P-cars is goodness knows how far away.

As for dwindling fan base, do you have the current figures (player numbers) to support that?

    1. BMfan

and moaning about it every time isn’t going to change things now considering just about every circuit in GT5 starts with a rolling start.

    2. DuskTrooper

      @BMfan

It appears you don’t even know the definition of moaning. I wasn’t moaning, nor was I complaining. I was only asking a question.

But, if you want moaning and complaining, here you go: Ugh! Why!!!! Why is it every time they create a seasonal event the opponents are always so far ahead and I must spend so much time chasing them around the track instead of racing with them!! Why PD!? Why!!!!? Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!

    1. Hyped

The cars you race against in the seasonals can often go above the PP limit, but at least the probably won’t be using Aventadors.

    2. SonicConqueror

Exclusively for owners of the Collector’s Edition of GT5, the Murcielago LP640 Chrome Line car can be used.
