Library / Gran Turismo Concept

Overview

Gran Turismo Concept was released after Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec and before Gran Turismo 4: Prologue, on January 1, 2002 in Japan and on July 17, 2002 in Europe. It is best described as a slightly modified of GT3 with the addition of several then-concept cars that were later seen in GT4.

Three “versions” of GT Concept were published: “2001 Tokyo”, which was sold in Japan, “2002 Tokyo-Seoul”, which was sold in Korea to celebrate the launch of the PlayStation 2 in that country, and “2002 Tokyo-Geneva”, which was sold in Europe. It has sold over 1.5 million copies worldwide.
