That thought crossed my mind as well but again could be a timing issue.

Due to the unique nature of this weeks race at Twin Ring Motegi Speedway, the following regulations have been updated/added for this week only.
  • Grid Starts
    • Double File, Rolling Starts
  • Penalties
    • Off
Pit Entry/Exit Procedures

  • Pit Entry
    • Pit lane starts on the back stretch prior to turn 3 and you must have all 4 wheels on the apron (left of solid white line) prior to the yellow dashed lines going across the apron (screenshot below).
    • Must remain on the apron all the way to the pit entry.
    • Failure to follow this requirement will result in a 5 pt penalty for each infraction.
  • Pit Exit
    • Pit lane ends on the back stretch after turn 2 and you must have all 4 wheels on the apron (left of solid white line) prior to the angled yellow dashed lines (screenshot below).
    • Must remain on the apron all the way to this point.
    • Failure to follow this requirement will result in a 5 pt penalty for each infraction.
I can not emphasize enough how important it is to follow these pit entry/exit points. I highly recommend everyone to practice this procedure (on worn tires) to get a feel for how fast you can take these corners (especially on Pit Entry) so as to not spin out and go up on the racing surface or spin right at pit entry.

The below listed drivers (not listed in BOLD below) need to confirm their intent to race at Motegi Speedway by replying in this topic (no later than 8:00pm eastern on Race Day) with a simple post that they plan to race this week (Example - I plan to race this week). I will update the list accordingly.

Club Lobby will open for Knock Out Qualification participants ONLY at 8:00pm Eastern. Lobby will then be open to all Main Event Participants @8:45pm Eastern. I will post here when its open.

Knock-Out Qualifying Club Lobby is now open​
Five positions are up for grabs in tonight's Knock-Out Qualifying session. Top 5 lap times from tonight's Knock-Out qualifying will advance to the Main Event. Top 10 confirmed drivers, please do not enter the lobby until KOQ is complete at around 8:45 eastern. I will update the thread and lobby title once we are finished with qualifying.

As a reminder, prior to anyone joining the lobby (KOQ or Main), please clear your cache to help ensure quality connection.
 
KOQ Update. 7 drivers on track - 1-5 separated by .360 seconds

Lol not sure if that was joking back at me or a legit "WOW" but yes I know its just a game, would just of liked some practice specifically with the pit entry as I hear its not exactly easy with worn tires :p

Any who, signing on now gonna try to get some laps in and check out the pit entry
