words of caution: a collector always tends to be a collector, once you make the plunge to a second 1:1 it can be all to easy to make a 3rd (or 4th or 5th) happen... even with the cost increase of 1:1 you may find yourself doing it... if you have 2 like vehicles word gets out and deals on a 3rd "for parts" often present themselves...

I'm working on selling off my 1:1's I'm down to 3 datsuns and an IH scout... and I'm yet to cross over $5,000 TOTAL spent on my entire horde of cars+parts...

Mum and dad say that I have too many cars. I probably do but when you can't have a big 1:1 collection, it's the next best thing. However the prices have gone up a lot in recent times and there are certain vehicles that I can no longer justify purchasing. I cancelled my pre-order for a TLV Lamborghini Countach because it would've cost me over $100 with postage, which is far too much for a 1:64 scale car. For some stupid reason, AmiAmi has two postage options instead of 4 now. One of those options is really fast but costs over $30 whilst the other is really slow and costs about $20. Paying more than $30 postage for one car is just ridiculous and I'm never doing it again.

I'm not the biggest Harvick fan but this is one of my favourite NASCAR liveries.

The wheel fitment on the RWB leaves a bit to be desired but it's still exquisite for the money. The Silvia turned out better than I was expecting with the best paint finish I've ever seen, the BMW is decent and the Lynk & Co 03 is an oddity recreated with a high level of detail. I wasn't even looking for one specifically but I knew that I had to buy it.

I found the gt3 and the van at a Walmart but not the rest yet.
Finally starting to see them in my local stores, but....it's almost always ransacked and all that's left is the Sprinter van. Having doubts I'll be able to find the Mountain Drifters when that comes out.

Anyone have any other places recommended for pre-ordering sets? A & J Toys either hasn't listed them yet or they already sold out and removed the listing. Also, any recommended dealers for buying Mini GT models? Kind of interested in getting that Hyundai Elantra N model.

Picked up a full set of Forza Motorsport hot wheels in The Works in the UK, kind of a discount outlet for books usually, so quite an unusual find to get Hot Wheels there, nevermind a complete set! Had to have them.

Goes nicely with my complete set of black card Gran Turismo HW. Still got a few other sets in the go, J Import, Hatchbacks, Retro racers and Turbo. As well as the white back Gran Turismo ones but they're out of production I think so that'll be an eBay session at some point.

Howdy guys! Been a while since I posted here, but I went to an antique store today and got this Corgi Ford Mustang Cobra. Wanted one of these for years now, but it's not until now I finally got one. The thing is not mint, it's in pretty good shape, might clean off the dirt sometime soon. Really glad to finally have one of these, always a pleasure to get more of these Corgi's! :)

Next Gen 2022 Nascar Authentics diecast are hitting pegs in Walmart.

Found three last night but bought two of them and the rest of them were gone. Guess the "Collectors" didn't want the bent carded ones. :P

Might just open them and get some photos with them.
