Currently working on the 24 Hours of Nurburgring A-spec in my Mazda 787B, and I seem to have noticed that the cockpit cam shakes less when braking and turning. It used to be atrocious before. :yuck:

I also feel this but I can't tell if I'm just going crazy or not.

Unlike you I love the cockpit shake and wish it was not reduced if it actually was

A bit I think. Now just to rid of that nasty chase cam...

I always felt camera shaking was overly replicated. Yes may feel like that in the real world but you see when we play the game we're sitting still vs if we were actually driving the car and feeling all the car body movement. But I do like the new fix as before I always thought when turning it was more like game lag effect

I am in the exact same situation lol. I am currently doing the same race in the same car and also thought the shaking was toned down.

I love this update! I'm loving every changes they've made.
Less cockpit shake = more realistic.

Before the shake mimicked a camera view and not how the eye sees it. Yes, your head moves, but your eyes can stay focused on an object, unlike a camera that just bounces along with the car. I'm loving it...:)

Does anybody have the equipment to do a before/after comparison?

I checked that out already Sier, I can't really tell from the video. A side by side video would be amazing.

The cockpit gives me the sensation that it moves left and right, more when hitting turns I can't really explain it but it defiantly different and I like It. PD really did something to the cockpit view to make it better.
