Practice just started. Rosberg lasted 7 corners before gearbox problems and Button whining about the car. He is quickly turning into a grumpy old man.

Nah, he's not turning into a grumpy old man, he's always made his displeasure with the car known on the radio! As we all know, if the car isn't perfect, Button is rarely happy with the balance.

Ferrari has been going like hell all through the practice sessions, lets see if they can keep this up for qualy!

Qualifying always is, especially Q3.

EDIT: Wow, .006. Margins don't get much smaller than that.

Yeah, looks like it will be close, hard to call which team could be fastest.

I'll go for Hamilton, Vettel and Alonso top 3

Vettel fastest, with Alonso second and Hamilton third. Button all the way down in 15th. Hope Hamilton gets pole in Q3 (I've jinxed him haven't I)

Vettel got that time getting a tow from Schumacher apparently.

Ferrari's have been more quick than usual in practice with the new exhaust layout.

Ferrari evolved over the weekend as usual, as RBR. Macs not as much. Lotus and Mercedes hidding their speed or thinking about strategy... Vettel only got that time by slipstreaming. Anyway:

Alonso, Vettel, Webber.

I actually think Kovalainen is not going to make it into Q2, close perhaps, but not quite enough... But I have a feeling that the HRT will be faster than the Marussia.

I must confess that the 2012 F1 designs are growing on me. Escpecially the Lotus looks quite mean.

I have hope.

Some drivers are not confortable with the track, maybe it's the bumps. Hard to brake into the chicanes and making them properly gaining speed and confidence.

Maybe Kovalainen has this problem, dunno but he was behind Petrov.
Button must be pretty uneasy about the car for losing prac time.
Any other you think are struggling?

I think I can hear the conspiracy theorists hard at work!

They are always finding ways arent they, redbull..

anyway, was gonna make a prediction but ill wait untill after qualy..
