Vettel will start from the pit lane tomorrow. (Red Bull's decision. They were allowed to start at the back of the grid, but they chose to get the car out of parc fermé.)
As the other 23 cars are out on the grid, waiting for the red light to go out, Vettel will wait at the end of the pit lane waiting for the red light to switch to green.
When you start from the pit lane, you will have to wait much, much longer and he will probably be at least 5 seconds behind the last placed car by the first lap.
It's going to be interesting what changes they will do. New engine? New gearbox? Change gear ratios?
I'm not sure if they are allowed to do all of that, though.
