Vettel drove an excellent second half of a race.
But he was very, very lucky that his horrible first half didn't take him out of the race completely.
Romain had a fair bit of bad luck, being treated like a ten pin at the start. Very lucky to have continued after that. Excluding all bargeboard antics, he would have been in a position where Vettel would have had a hard time overtaking him, otherwise. I wonder if he'd have rolled over quite so easily when Vettel overtook him (both times)
if he hadn't had any incidents prior.

Grosjean isn't really a concern because Sebastian was already ahead of him by the time the Webber/Grosjean/Perez incident happened.
