Focus was on the cutoff for elimination.. 400 laps of "points as they run 8th-16th".

When was the truck race in Vegas this weekend? I caught the replay on FS1 just now, but it went from 20 laps to go to 8 laps to go during a commercial break and sometime during that timeframe of the race, the lead changed for the final time. Would have been nice to see the actual pass happen...

It was shown on camera. Forget what it was exactly, but it was on the approach to turn one on the racing surface.

Race started after 7pm local time. I know because I was there.

Not really. I hate restrictor plate racing and don't think there is a need for it.

Might as well have an AP Top 25 driver poll then give each driver a bowl race during the last 10 races then have a selection committee vote on the champion
