Anyone with access to MotorsTV should switch it on now. Its the Gerry Marshall Trophy with several BTCC champions and past drivers in.

So very nearly Rover V8 power to be first across the line. Naturally I was supporting the Leyland machinery.
 
Seeing the mini on the podium has made my day. What a beast!
 
They were streaming it on Autosport as well. The commentators got a tad confused when the safety car was out in the pit window :lol:

Between those two and Priaulx's car WSR have some really horrible liveries this year!

Says 32, but till be a 28 car grid for a few races.

Not entirely certain why Hamilton will only enter from Croft onwards? Seems when he enters he won't be eligible to score points as he doesn't have a TOCA BTCC License.

Marketing I guess :crazy: Just imagine how valuable those Lewis Hamilton #BTCC tweets will be. Plus he's disabled and mixed race, win-win :lol:

btw I think it will be 29 for the first round, just the Motorbase pair out of the full 31-car grid won't be there (pretty sure the Dextra Focus will be there?)

Is it just me or do a lot of the liveries look delightfully 80's this year? I'm loving Ingram's and WSR's blocky lines :drool: Welch going for the early 90's though :sick:
 
Nice to see Rob Austin upgrade to the facelifted A4. The Civic looks quite too now it's be liveried up. The AMD S3? Not so much.
 
Yeah, they entered the constructers championship this year.
 
Not sure what they are running but Plato and Turkington are miles ahead of everyone else.
 
Goff and Jordan are close. I doubt this is the max pace they have though.

Moffat and Scott being 5th and 6th is surprising.

Morgans now split the VWs in 2nd.

Goff showing some speed, might be close with him and Jordan this year.

Everyone seems to be doing qualifying runs as everylap that isn't fast tends to be seconds off pace.
