Can we start? You could put a whole page together of Female drivers far more deserving then Danica.
Can we start?
I'm hoping you're not serious. This chick has better talent and is more deserving than Danica..

I'm kind of surprised you didn't put in Erica Enders-Stevens in since she's a 2 time NHRA Pro Stock Champion.Women with notably more talent than Danica Patrick currently in competition and where:
Simona de Silvestro -- IndyCar, Formula E
Katherine Legge -- IndyCar, United SportsCar Championship
Beitske Visser -- Formula V8 3.5
Tatiana Calderon -- Formula 3, Pro Mazda
Sarah Cornett-Ching -- ARCA
Rahal Frey -- ADAC GT Masters, DTM
Natacha Gachnang -- Formula 2, Le Mans
Christina Nielsen -- United SportsCar Championship
Sabine Schmitz -- Do I need to?
Kayli Barker -- NASCAR Super Stock Championship
Keiko Ihara -- WEC, Asian Le Mans Series
I didn't include drag racing into the list, out of my personal reservations of combining circuit racing over moving in a straight line.I'm kind of surprised you didn't put in Erica Enders-Stevens in since she's a 2 time NHRA Pro Stock Champion.
What the 🤬 does race have to do with it? I'd like to hear a rational argument if there is one.Watching Truck Series practice. Rico Abrew.
I'm pretty sure that's not how his name is pronounced, but I guess I shouldn't expect anything else from a bunch of white southerners.

Why does that matter?
I'm guessing you think I don't read it at all because this is the first you have heard from me in awhile. Newsflash though, I read it every day....beginning on the first day this thread was created. Just because I don't post doesn't mean I don't read....very wrong assumption on your part.
And, just to add to your stats that you forgot to include, she did finish 24th last year, 8 spots ahead of drivers who raced in the same number of races.
I'll add on to this with a little bit of my two cents thrown in as well. Most of the same stuff also applies to Paul Menard and JWT, and most us thread regulars including yourself and I know how much we tend to rip (and most of the time, rightly so) JWT. Once they both became more competitive (or in JWT's case, "Competitive"), the stigma for Menard in particular began to wear off.In a car totally equivalent to that of Harvick (23 top 5 finishes) and Kurt Busch (21 top 10 finishes), she managed to finish 38 points behind Casey Mears in the final standings.
She had two top 10 finishes in those 36 starts in Hendrick-powered equipment, with the best engineers and pit crews that sponsor money can buy.
Yeah, she beat some other guys that also ran every race, but most of those guys were driving for Roush, FRM, HScott, or BK Racing.
The most impressive name she beat was Tony Stewart, but he's been a hollow shell of his former self for years now.
She gets all of the flak because she garners so much attention, for so little actual results. She is in top notch equipment because her good looks sell sponsorship, while legitimately better drivers continually flounder in bottom tier Cup cars, or get shuffled back to the Xfinity series.

JWT still has it because while both he and Menard have won races and became more consistent over the years, he still is notorious for destroying race vehicles like wildfire. If Danica improved and shown better results and especially didn't wreck cars often, she wouldn't get the flak that she gets now. I don't mean minor improvements- she's in a full tilt Hendrick car, and with that type of piece, she deservedly does have lofty expectations to live up to. Even Kasey Khane gets flak from a lot of people (but from what I've seen on GTP, not so much here) for his performance in a Hendrick car, and he has been doing better than her. One can only imagine the hell that would be rained upon Dale Jr. if he drove like Danica. He's already a firestorm as is with his name. Now granted, her being in that car also probably brought Tony and Gene enough money to fund Kurt's car out of pocket (or more specifically, out of Gene's pocket), but his performances have backed up the expenditure. If anyone other than Danica was in that seat, I would be inclined to believe that they would have been released by now with how she has performed.
Saw this comparison on Reddit, Jr. did way better and even got a top 10 points finish in that timeMinus the wrecking, that more less was Dale Jr from 2008 to 2010

For some reason, no team wants to sign her.I'll just come in here and say where the hell did Johanna Long go?
Was she the one that stole Mike Harmon's truck?I'll just come in here and say where the hell did Johanna Long go?

That must be uncomfortable.Dillon and Vickers sharing #14 seat.
Maybe it's a new rule by NASCAR requiring the weight in the seat by replacement driver(s) be the same as the original driver lol. That must be uncomfortable.

The charter system is most likely not the only reason why there are only 39 cars entered.Who is that?
And on a side note, did you know only 39 cars are entered for the Atlanta race this Sunday?
And we need a Charter system why again? Because $$$.
